Very pleasant and well coordinated! I actually went to the dealership to have my car serviced. My husband and I had been talking about trading the vehicle due to mileage. While waiting in the service area, I was contacted by Courtney Manjack with the Exchange Program. She asked for permission to visit with me to explain their program and introduced me to a salesman, Kirk Johnson. Mr. Johnson, was great to work with - he is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, respectful, and no pressure! The whole experience, from sales to finance and out the door was very pleasant and well coordinated. I would definitely recommend McCombs Ford West and Kirk Johnson to any one who is looking for a new vehicle! I love the Ford Explorers! More

Sell cars out from under you. I made arrangements to buy a vehicle and committed to purchase on a Friday evening for a Monday appointment I asked the dealer if I needed anything be I made arrangements to buy a vehicle and committed to purchase on a Friday evening for a Monday appointment I asked the dealer if I needed anything beyond their request for ID and insurance to hold the car, and was told no. I received a text not even a phone call to inform me that they sold the car out from under me because I didn’t leave a deposit. I specifically asked them what it would take to hold the car and obliged. This dealership can’t tell it’s head from its xxx and then tried to upsell me $2300 on another model. Run far from these xxxxxxxx. More

Abdulmajeed, the vehicle is the same everywhere, it’s the customer service that counts. D. Abdulmajeed refered us to Majd Tabrizy as our product specialist. Majd was very knowledgeable about the product. He was friendly, professional, and truly cared that we were going to walk away a happy and satisfied customer.
