Happy new Ford car owner I was at McCombs Ford West to get my 2013 Focus serviced. Philip Marlowe came over to the service center and started talking to me about the possibili I was at McCombs Ford West to get my 2013 Focus serviced. Philip Marlowe came over to the service center and started talking to me about the possibility of buying a new car. I had planned to buy a new car but later in the year. Philip spent the rest of that morning showing me cars that matched the criteria I wanted in my next car. He was very patient and answered all my questions and offered sound advise about why I should consider staying with Ford rather than the other options I was considering. Next thing I know I'm test driving a Ford Eco Sport and finding it has all the specific features I want, except being the wrong color. In no time at all, Philip went to another dealer and found the exact car I requested. After that he just closed the deal. I emptied out my Focus and left the lot in a new car.
