Best Service We went to McCombs Ford West after speaking with D, he was very helpful and so friendly and made us feel comfortable in setting an appointment and dri We went to McCombs Ford West after speaking with D, he was very helpful and so friendly and made us feel comfortable in setting an appointment and driving to SA to make a deal. We met our salesman JD who was extremely knowledgeable and nice. He went above and beyond looking for the right truck for us, they did not have it on the lot and it took a few hours of searching for it at other dealerships because they were selling so quickly. We finally found the truck my husband wanted and JD personally drove a 3 hour round trip to pick it up and bring it to us that same day. We were at the dealership for a long time but everyone made us feel at home along with our 4 and 7 year old boys. Our finance guy Soheil did an amazing job getting us an even lower interest rate than we thought possible! Blew our mind with his knowledge and expertise and friendliness. Our phones started dying and we were even given D’s personal wireless charger to keep so that we could charge our phones. Overall I’m so happy with the team and their service and dedication, it made us feel comfortable and very grateful to have that level of service. Keep it up guys!
