Everyone we dealt with at McCombs Ford West was great. We began on the phone with Wilmer Watson-Rodriguez. He already had “our” truck ready for the test drive! Unfortunately, it did not work out for our needs, but as we were preparing to leave Jason suggested a different model. Wilmer had come down to say hello and he and Jason went over all the many possibilities of the new vehicle. We ended up purchasing the new vehicle and moved on to deal with Danny Ramirez in financing. He was so great, too! So very knowledgable about all the ins and outs of financing.
