What a great experience!! I had a vision of the truck I wanted. However, we hadn’t seen it anywhere with the options we needed. My wife and I show up at McCombs Ford West and we were greeted so professiona wanted. However, we hadn’t seen it anywhere with the options we needed. My wife and I show up at McCombs Ford West and we were greeted so professionally by the GM, Mr. Finley. In which, we carried a great conversation for a while, then he introduced us to a friendly and courteous sales professional Majd. He took the time to speak to us about what options we were looking for. He showed us several different trucks, until I told Majd, that we wanted 4x4 with a lift and off road wheels and tires. Suddenly, after seeing a few, then the one I had envisioned was there!! My wife had left to get us something to eat. While walking around I see this Bad Boy. I sent her a couple of pictures and she said “that’s the one!!” After that we took it for a spin and I knew that was the one. Mr. Crawford the sales director, made sure we were comfortable with all the numbers and then signed off with Mr. Reyna. We couldn’t have chosen a better dealership with a friendlier staff.
