I bought a 2025 F-150 here on March 12, 2026. The truck was presented to me as a V8. It's a V6 3.5L EcoBoost. The next day I found a $2,000 charge on my bank card from this dealership with no matching line item anywhere in my paperwork. Their own fraud prevention director acknowledged the charge is in their records but couldn't tie it to the deal. The down payment credit in my contract ($7,422.87) doesn't match what I actually paid either. I've filed complaints with the Texas OCCC (#128763), the TxDMV (#27-0002133), the CFPB, the OCC, and Ford corporate. Buyers: read every single line before you sign, verify the engine yourself, and never sign at 11 PM. More
