He didn't seem to care about the severity of my situation. He was quick to pass the blame on to GM instead of taking ownership on McCluskey's part in the situation. More

My traverse was leaking oil they said it was the filter because I had it changed elsewhere. It wasn't due for an oil change but they did it anyhow and now it's still leaking oil More
