I wanted to give this dealership 5 stars however, after the sale was done they completely stopped communicating with me. Before the sale communication was great. Now, crickets. I have an issue with my address so I cannot receive my sale documents or registration information and I have reached out to 2 different people by phone call and text, so 4 outreaches and not a single response. It goes to show they don’t care about their customers after the sale. I had several old coworkers I was going to refer that have similar situations to mine after the company we worked for closed down that needed help getting into a new vehicle and I know this place can help but I won’t be referring them after-all. l had never been to McClusky's in the Auto Mall and l have very high anxiety, so l was nervous about the whole thing. Soon after l pulled in, Savanah appeared and offered to help and stayed with me from have very high anxiety, so l was nervous about the whole thing. The last few times I have brought a vehicle in it's been on average a week before I hear any results. Then the outcome always seems to favor the dealership and not the customer who has bought 2 new vehicles on average a week before I hear any results. Gave an estimate of $2100 by josh for air bag sensor. I refused, then he called back and said his manager told him it was $1400. I refused.. then email said $800-plus. Actual price should have been $350- I refused, then he called back and said his manager told him it was $1400. I refused.. then email said $800-plus. Actual price should have been $350-400. Manager never called me back (a female). Numerous calls to mccluskey were unanswered (no one picked up). Couldn't find my car when I got there to pick it up. Disgraceful. We bought a car from mccluskey years ago and used hartwell dealer. More
