Complete lack of communication with service department to my car manager then to me. I sat at the dealership for over 6 hours because they realized after several hours of performing the 60,000 maintenance c my car manager then to me. I sat at the dealership for over 6 hours because they realized after several hours of performing the 60,000 maintenance checkup that the service department was out of plugs! As a properly Ran facility all items should have been ready to go at time of service! The service manager for my car was notified about the delay, but did not tell me until after the fact as I continually checked with him and Online because I needed to get back to work. Extremely disappointed in the service that day. No one should sit for over six hours waiting on a regular service. I received an apology, paid before my car was finished so that I could head straight out once the plugs were delivered from another dealership in the middle of afternoon traffic! Another part had to be ordered, but I was notified of that and will have to return to the dealership when it arrives. However, I am second-guessing on going to a different dealership. This miscommunication wreaked havoc on my workday and schedule and I received nothing but one apology from my service manager because he meant to notify sooner but did not. Communication needs to be worked on with the departments and clients! I personally feel, after speaking to many friends about this, I should have been compensated for their lack of communication and a work day that I had to make up on my own time. Maybe discounted labor for the time my car sat or something to make up for the time that I lost and had to make up at work, not to mention, I did not leave the facility until 5 o’clock and what normally takes me about 25 minutes took 52 minutes to return home. I am just extremely disappointed in second-guessing, whether I will go back to the dealership or not! Not sure why clients are given a link to check the progress on their car when that progress was not updated to inform me, even after I went to the service manager multiple times, trying not to bother him! When I take my vehicle in for service I expect my vehicle to be serviced as I ask. This was not performed correctly on a previous service so the service I recently had was much longer and more expensive than to be serviced as I ask. This was not performed correctly on a previous service so the service I recently had was much longer and more expensive than I had budgeted for. During this service they lady was very once she finished with other customers while the team behind her were more interested in flirting with each other than helping customers. Additionally when my truck came back my seat had been adjusted and my radio Chanel was changed. I can see this happening if someone was driving it down the road not just driving it around the corner to be serviced. I will be asking to be released from McClusky service agreement. I’m tired of certain service reps treating me and others like we are less than human and not listening to the customers and paying more attention to their boy friend or girl friend. This is not why I have been coming to McCluskey’s for more than 30 years. More
I purchased a car from here, and have had to go back to the dealership 6 times and have 5+ repairs, all safety, all within a two week time span after buying the car and none of issues were disclosed to me the dealership 6 times and have 5+ repairs, all safety, all within a two week time span after buying the car and none of issues were disclosed to me when I purchased the vehicle. I was told it had a full safety inspection, And that the only issue was that there was a crack on the plastic seat covering. The day after I bought it I found out all four rotators are bad along with all of the breaks by driving on the highway and almost crashing. My gas gauge has gone out, and I’m sure they will get on here and try and say it’s all my fault and they did nothing wrong because that’s what they’ve been doing the entire time. It is insane to me that this has all happened literally within days and weeks of buying this car. There people are experts at hiding things from you until there isn’t anything you can do about it, and then making it so difficult to actually try and fix any issues or speak to the right people that you just want to give up. They are now telling me since I bought the car “as is”, even though they didn’t disclose to me any of these issues while having a very large safety inspection sticker displayed on the car’s window, that they may or may not even try and fix it, and even though I paid for the warranty I may still have to pay quite a bit of money because they may or may not cover it. A fuel system problem can turn into thousands of dollars and I’ve had this car less than a month. When there’s an issue it’s always “somebody else’s job” or “that manager isn’t here today” Never use this dealership. More

Very unorganized. A lot of employees walking around but not helping anyone. Have a car bravo warranty that covers towing, called and they told me it was on me to cover the tow. Was told if I had it brought in they would look at it, so I had it towed in and called them back and the they told me it was on me to cover the tow. Was told if I had it brought in they would look at it, so I had it towed in and called them back and they said they would be able to look at it in a week (would have been good information before towing it for $205) So a week later when they look at it they tell me a wire was broken and they fixed it under the warranty which was great! Said the car was ready, and mind you I have been in constant contact with the service person this whole time, went to pick it up and was told then the check engine light came on and they wanted to look at it… why wouldn’t you text me that information before I paid to Uber up there. Next day car was actually ready and they offered nothing for all the hassle they caused and I’m still trying to figure out how to get compensated for the tow up there. Not a great experience and I have only had my vehicle 4 months… More
