Was told by John that I needed complete new rotors and pads $1500. It happened so fast I approved it as we are leaving on a trip this weekend. When I picked up the vehicle I immediately noticed that brake pads $1500. It happened so fast I approved it as we are leaving on a trip this weekend. When I picked up the vehicle I immediately noticed that brakes were dragging. I texted John and he said that they are new and need breaking in. He said drive it and give it a day or so. My wife and I. Ran errands. Right rear wheel go so hot couldnt put you hand in it. Went directly to dealership. John took it in quickly. My wife and I waited. He called me and told me it needed a new caliper. $600. Again I am in a pinch. While waiting I called my service adviser in Florida where we normally get it worked on. Fl tech said last oil change the pads still measure in spec advised to keep an eye on them next couple oil changes. I originally told John that my son heard noise from brakes. Tech in Fl suggested could have been caliper going bad. 4+hours after this second service my wife and I left. Seems ok. Asked John if tech drove it first day why didnt he catch it. When I texted John told him I felt it before I got to Fields Ertel. John takes an approach that he is somehow disconnected from the people working on vehicle. When I asked for cost consideration he seemed insulted. He on more than one occasion mumbled something under his breath and when I asked him what he said something else. I was going to wait until I got my documents of previous inspectio More
