This dealership is so large and busy that it is a major hassle to even get an oil change. I was there nearly 3 hours just to get an oil change and rotate tires. And that is with an appointment. That is the similar amount it took me last time as well. It was also recommended to me by the service writer that I get my transmission fluid flushed with every oil change. At the cost of approx $800 plus the cost of the oil change. My truck only has 14,700 miles on it. Either the Silverado 2500 is an extremely fragile truck or someone was not being 100% truthful with me. That is sort of a turn off for a 58 year old man who is not driving his very first vehicle. This sort of breaks my trust in anything I am told by this dealership now. And that is very unfortunate because I plan to keep my truck a very long time. More
I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and two minor issues. One of the issues was that the emergency communication needed to be serviced. I brought it back and the battery was tested and found to be good. There were no codes found, but then, the next day, the battery was completely dead again. I called Jayla and left three messages and she never returned my call. I was finally able to settle on a course of action with Josh. More
