I had a coupon for 104. 95 for brake fluid exchange. When I made appt verified my blazer met that price. Arielle in cashier area to pay bill said that was the price, I asked to speak to her manager or at least get a name and she said no need to talk to anyone that was what I owed. She did take off 13 plus for shop fees but still over 150.00 for 104.95 coupon. Again coupon said fluid exchange not fluid extra. arielle in cashier was very rude and condescending to me. They said that there was a 172 point inspection done on this vehicle. WITHIN THE DAY OF DELIVERY: my check engine light went on, and the catalytic converter went out. MY sales rep disappeared apparently on maternity leave? I never received a title and had to have a duplicate made- on top of replacing all headlights and tail lights. After speaking with the manager Tom Sweeney I believe his name was, my sales rep was Izzy... He asked me to send receipts which I did promptly. I bought the vehicle in Feb- it's now May and I have received no reimbursement. I am seeking legal action. Stay away from the horrible customer care. They're only out to make a buck, not a customer. I will take my husband's Silverado purchase elsewhere. STAY AWAY! More

Still no reimbursement after a 2 headlights, 2 tail lights, under the hood work including the catalytic converter and that's only the tip of the iceberg. I will be seeking legal action. STAY AWAY.
