The last few times I have brought a vehicle in it's been on average a week before I hear any results. Gave an estimate of $2100 by josh for air bag sensor. I refused, then he called back and said his manager told him it was $1400. I refused.. then email said $800-plus. I waited in front of two employees sitting at the vehicle chemin area for at least 5 mins, while they were talking about personal issues. They never even acknowlded me yet I was standing right in front of th chemin area for at least 5 mins, while they were talking about personal issues. They never even acknowlded me yet I was standing right in front of the counter. Another women walked from the back and directed me to another desk to check me in. Why no acknowledgement from employees in logo shirts sitting at the desk completely ignoring a customer. Then I instructed to person who checked me in to NOT adjust the tire pressure, and for the second time in a row they did it anyway and I had to stop on my way home and release air from my tires.
