My problem was diagnosed as a faulty power window switch. I told them I had replaced that already and it didn't fix the problem I was informed that was the code I authorized the repair and that didn't fix th I told them I had replaced that already and it didn't fix the problem I was informed that was the code I authorized the repair and that didn't fix the problem It was a broken wire in the passenger door I was still charged for the unnecessary power switch and given 1/2 hour credit on the necessary repair. I would have been happy with n just paying for the unnecessary switch (I told them before they ordered it I didn't think it would work) and not being charged for the additional fix. I believe the costs of the two repairs would have been similar enough to call it even More
