I sent a message once already and never heard back, but I went in for an oil change. I had a 915 appointment and got there early. I was told that I needed I believe to flushes and I okayed it. Nobody let me know a ballpark about how long it was gonna be, and it took over three hours which I never expected to happen and it was kind of hard to even figure out when I was gonna be done cause I was given a time and then it was even longer after that I went to get my car and after spending more than $500 I find it outside. It has not been what it was not washed which usually it's taken through the car wash and then on top of that it was parked so close to two cars I could not get in the driver seat. I barely fit in the passenger seat and had to crawl across to get into the driver seat of my car to even leave. I'm not that big of a person. It was pretty ridiculous how it was left. More
I only had the car for less than 30 days and the tire sensor went out. wanted me to pay for it. As well as an tire that had a nail in it. My road side coverage paid for the tire. First time using the sun roof. the motor goes out. Now costing me $900 to over a 1,000 dollars to be fix. Why should I have to pay for the sun roof motor? Seems to me it was going bad when I purchase the car. It Could have work just enough to be sold. Two things happen within less than 40 days, That I'm being charge for. It still haven't been 60 days yet, I've made three car payments. Try to get some result in this matter, none that was to my satisfaction. I still have to pay to get the sunroof motor fix. As of today only had the car for 45 days. Already have to pay to get things fix, plus pay the car note. It really sucks, More
