Savanna saw me and immediately asked how she could help me. She was so accommodating and was able to get my car in quickly for an evaluation of an oil leak. The tech could find the exact location of the le me. She was so accommodating and was able to get my car in quickly for an evaluation of an oil leak. The tech could find the exact location of the leak but we have a plan to revisit in a 1000 miles with die added to the oil change. I so appreciate the quick help and Solution for next steps. Sales is fantastic. Service never gets it right the first time. First service on an equinox EV. Had an appointment just for a tire rotation. Arrived on time.,Two hours l Service never gets it right the first time. First service on an equinox EV. Had an appointment just for a tire rotation. Arrived on time.,Two hours later the rotation was completed. Quick service it was not. But the tech lowered air pressure to non-Ev level. I had to drive back in and tech manager added additional air in tires. Expected 30 mins, was told an hour on arrival; 2.5 hours when all done. More
