I already completed the survey with my thoughts. Go and read it. My experience with the service representative was frustrating. I repeatedly had to seek him out for updates, as there was little to n Go and read it. My experience with the service representative was frustrating. I repeatedly had to seek him out for updates, as there was little to no follow-up and significant communication delays. I was initially told that the part needed to fix my car would have to be ordered from abroad and would take 5 business days to arrive, but it arrived the very next day without explanation. Additionally, I never received an estimate in the system. When I picked up my car, a dashboard alert indicated that the oil needed to be changed, but I was never informed or given the option to have this service done. Additionally, I was told the shuttle was unavailable to pick me up, yet when I arrived, I saw it actively transporting other customers. Overall, I am disappointed with my experience at the dealership and will seek other service options before considering a return to McCluskey. More

After a couple hiccups, the young salesman, Ethan, was attentive and thorough with our purchase. He made sure we were completely satisfied and answered all of our questions. The service person, Savannah, was knowledgeable and super helpful to get our brake light repair completed and our new car outfitted with the new cargo liner. The 2 gentlemen who delivered our Powers Shift charger were friendly and helpful bring the heavy box into our garage. More
