I bought my 2019 Chevy Silverado I bought my 2019 Chevy Silverado July 4th 2019 I've had all my services done at McCluskey since then they have damaged my Rims I've had the center caps on my rims replaced Silverado July 4th 2019 I've had all my services done at McCluskey since then they have damaged my Rims I've had the center caps on my rims replaced three times one time center cap fell off before getting out of the driveway because they are plastic and the technician torques them down and breaks the plastic . BJ found it on the side of the road on his way home I had the transmission transfer case service done had to go back twice because it was blowing out transmission fluid come to find out on the second time there they overfilled my transmission by 5 quarts and this last time I was there just for a oil change got there about 10:30 in the morning didn't leave there till 4:30 p.m. because while my truck was in the bay another technician from the bay across from it backed into the back of my truck and scuffed the corner of my bumper. I have had quite a bit of damage done to my truck because of your service department. Although BJ does make it right The aggravation can never be made right especially when these type of things can be avoided by just paying attention More
