My experience was good, I just feel Jayla should be more attentive to the guest. Fast expert service John was a delight to work with. He kept me informed and delivered my car back the same day. I did not need to shell out for a rental out of my own pocket. My husband uses Kings Toyo He kept me informed and delivered my car back the same day. I did not need to shell out for a rental out of my own pocket. My husband uses Kings Toyota and they provide complimentary rental cars to all service customers unless you get same day service. Since I got same day service, I have no complaints. More

Outstanding! I called at 8:30 to make an appointment to have my car looked at. I got an appointment for 930 got there at 9:30. They looked at the car immediately I called at 8:30 to make an appointment to have my car looked at. I got an appointment for 930 got there at 9:30. They looked at the car immediately said they had to check some things out gave me a ride home. Then about 330. They called me and said they had checked everything out and everything was good. I come pick up my car and the driver came and picked me up and took me back and I had in my car and gone by 4:30 never had that quicker service anywhere. Please give everyone in involves a pat on the back More
