I took my car in to have it looked at on 7/16/26 with an appointment at 345. The prior week, I had my car serviced and scheduled this appointment and they said to bring it on up after work even though my ap appointment at 345. I got there, I explained to the lady my situation that both my back windows weren't rolling down and I had an appointment. She stated it would be 3-4 hours. Then she stated it might not be until Saturday it would be looked at. I was told the prior week it would only take an hour. She was very rude. No loaner cars were available. I needed this done before my warranty expired. No communication whatsoever. More
