I came in for my first time service and oil change. I also told them my turn signal hadn't worked right since I bought the vehicle and that one of my tires wouldn't hold air. Somehow, during the oil change, my hood was scratched/scuffed in multiple places. I was told it would be fixed when I came back to have my turn signal and tire replaced. I was told my tire was in but when I came to have it put on, it was actually the turn signal that had come in. My hood was not fixed during that appointment. Then I came back when my tire came in. My hood was not fixed during that appointment either. It is a 50 minute drive for me to come to the dealership, one way. Having to drive to the dealership a THIRD time to MAYBE get my hood fixed for damages the dealership caused is insane. My husband tried to call the service department and was sent to voicemail. He left a voicemail with his call back information and has yet to receive a call. Apparently McClucky doesn't care about having good customer service or communication. More
