Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and arrogant. Another problem with my truck occurred while being worked on at the dealership and I was told I would have to pay for a repair that wasn't needed whe Another problem with my truck occurred while being worked on at the dealership and I was told I would have to pay for a repair that wasn't needed when dropped off.
