Very nice n kind at the beginning. Dropped my car off on wed night so he cld work on it Thursday.... From what he sd they only looked at it a couple maybe 3 times..cuz there was other Dropped my car off on wed night so he cld work on it Thursday.... From what he sd they only looked at it a couple maybe 3 times..cuz there was other cars ahead of mine...then why did he schedule it for that Thursday? But then sd another guy cldnt hear the noise. But .. when I dropped it off he heard it and recorded the sound. Was never fixed. They never called me to explain anything. I called the following Tuesday ( a week later) to see what's going on with it. Nothing's been done. So I went the next day Wed and brought it home. Never offered me a rental or anything. I was left without a car for a week and little kids to get to school. Very disappointed ☹️ More
