We had a dead battery, verified by Home voltage meter. Called for Service on 6/9 and left a message. No call back the next day, so we called. Mobile service came out 6/11 but did not bring a battery, even Called for Service on 6/9 and left a message. No call back the next day, so we called. Mobile service came out 6/11 but did not bring a battery, even though we had said we thought that was the problem. Had to reschedule with mobile service for 6/15. Got a new battery installed that day, but we were left with a faulty side detection module. Took car in to dealership on 7/6 and got that service complete, but had to pay an additional. $200. Total cost for having a dead battery replaced was almost $700. We used mobile service to save us a tow charge; but we will probably never use mobile mechanic service again. High cost and inefficient.
