If I could return my purchase- I would. STAY AWAY. I bought a Volvo XC60 Premier from this dealership, affiliated with ONLINE CARS. They said that there was a 172 point inspection done on this vehicle. WITHIN THE DAY OF DELIVERY: my check engine light went on, and the catalytic converter went out. MY sales rep disappeared apparently on maternity leave? I never received a title and had to have a duplicate made- on top of replacing all headlights and tail lights. After speaking with the manager Tom Sweeney I believe his name was, my sales rep was Izzy... He asked me to send receipts which I did promptly. I bought the vehicle in Feb- it's now May and I have received no reimbursement. I am seeking legal action. Stay away from the horrible customer care. They're only out to make a buck, not a customer. I will take my husband's Silverado purchase elsewhere. STAY AWAY! More

I have submitted receipt upon receipt, spoke to the rude GM saying it would be handled... Sweeney I believe his name was. Still no reimbursement after a 2 headlights, 2 tail lights, under the hood work including the catalytic converter and that's only the tip of the iceberg. I will be seeking legal action. STAY AWAY. NEVER AGAIN. More
i had a problem with the oil change. Was putting plugs in it on 4/8/23 and checked the oil and it was a quart low. I am not happy with that. Purchased a 2019 Impala Premier in February of 2023. Didn’t realize until home, that the car had no owner manuals at all. We felt our sales guy, DeShawn, was great and very willing to help us. So was his supervisor, but I did not get her name, She went out of her way a lot. However, McCluskey itself was a very erratic ex willing to help us. So was his supervisor, but I did not get her name, She went out of her way a lot. However, McCluskey itself was a very erratic experience. We saw multiple people in a very short amount of time, in multiple offices. This was frustrating and not remotely comfortable. There was a sales guy, a sales manager, a finance guy, a guy we signed our documents with, then we were sent to a computer for another guy trying to sell us the McCluskey auto insurance, then we saw someone else. It was ridiculous. As much as we love the new car and thought our salesman was a nice guy, this was not a pleasant buying experience. More
Our sales person was Mario and we can’t say enough great things about him. He was personable, down to earth and didn’t pressure us. I am even having my mom go to him. He found us the perfect car!
