So I made my appointment and Ethan was my sales rep. Ethan is amazing and he is very patient. When you go in to buy a car he is very helpful finding what you want within your budget. I responded via the email survey but happy to iterate: the check in & out for service is not professional. You walk into the service dept. & not a single person tells you where to go nor acknowledges cust the check in & out for service is not professional. You walk into the service dept. & not a single person tells you where to go nor acknowledges customers. You have to figure it out & wait randomly. I finally saw an attendant who clearly did not have any customers yet he saw me walk in & didn't offer to help even though I had an appointment. Now I remember his name was BJ. When informants that the car was ready, it was another waiting game. When I told him that this process was not very efficient he just said, 'well we have a high volume' Either your service people are unhappy & overworked or need training. More

BJ communicated frequently about the progress of my repair. He answered all my questions and made a small part that was broken during repair was taken care of. They told me I needed my radiator replaced for $1800. Showed me some bogus dried fluid next to the seal and said it was leaking. Coolant wasn’t low at all.
