I had to drive back in and tech manager added additional air in tires. Expected 30 mins, was told an hour on arrival; 2.5 hours when all done. More

Don’t know who Eric is? ? Disappointed, told the car hadn’t been smoked in and it certainly had been. My wife is highly allergic and won’t ride in it. The car didn't have ? The car didn't have a couple of features that I wanted but my fault when I was looking at the window sticker. Before delivery I did ask about a second key and didn’t get an answer until after the car was delivered to me and was told no. This was a marathon deal but they did get me approved. Thanks More
