Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your experience. We're happy you were pleased with your product specialist. Yes, there are multiple "steps" when purchasing a vehicle from our dealership, starting with the product specialist (sales rep) and their manager, and then the finance manager with whom you sign your documents with as well. We have our own "in-house" insurance agency, and that is a part of our process as well. There's hundreds of examples where we've been able to save a customer hundreds/thousands of dollars per year by making a switch to one of the many companies we represent, and for those, that element in the process is considered to be of high value.

We are sorry for your experience, and have addressed your concerns on more than 1 occasion in this regard. We offered you a gas card to compensate you for your drive which you refused as well. When any dealership owns their inventory, they have to the right to price that piece of inventory at the price that is market based, at that time, so yes, prices may change on inventory. Without going into too much detail, the car was sold just like we told you it was and this vehicle is not currently on any of our lot(s) physically, but we expect it to be at some point in the near future, which is why it is still showing up on our website. We are sorry that you were disappointed and we have apologized to you as well as let you know that we have numerous other vehicles in our inventory currently that you could find of interest, but if you do not wish to do business with us, that is your choice

We have spoken to the customer and this information is not accurate. Over 3 months ago, we ordered the parts for his repair. He would not answer our calls to him to schedule service. After 90 days of having the parts, we had to send them back. Then he came in again and demanded that we fix his vehicle on the spot. That's not how it works and an appointment has to be made. We let him know what the time line would be for his truck prior to him leaving it with us. We have had constant communication with him as to status. Last week, we gave him the choice of coming and picking up his vehicle if he didn't like the process that we follow and he declined, plus he admitted to our asst. service manager that "he made stuff up" on this review.

Without your real name, we cannot research this matter further. We don't lie about our lifetime powertrain warranty. It is FREE to our customers (on qualifying vehicles), and will remain in place for the LIFETIME of their ownership, IF they comply with the simple term of getting an oil change performed every 5,000 miles on their vehicle, at a certified ASE facility. The insurance carrier even gives you a 1,000 mile leeway on miles (to 6,000 miles). If any consumer goes 1 mile over the 6,000 mark, than yes, they void out this free coverage. It is up to every customer to make sure they comply with those terms in order to keep this coverage. As far as the time line is concerned, customers set up appointments and diagnosis' are made and parts are ordered. We have no control over how long it might take a vendor to send the parts necessary for the repair. It is always up to any customer to decide whether or not they wish to move forward with a repair or not. All of our inventory on our website has the capability to viewing a CarFax report, which was an option for you as well. We are sorry for the way that you feel about your experience with us.
