I was looking for a car for appx 2 weeks. Dreading the prospect of going in to actually buy a car. I received an email from Ken Frakes on my birthday. It was just what I needed to get me in. His was t prospect of going in to actually buy a car. I received an email from Ken Frakes on my birthday. It was just what I needed to get me in. His was the only Birthday email I got this year. So I decided to give it a try. I went in on Jan 1. I was in and out in about 4 hours. Not that time included me being rude, dry and honestly not a nice person at all. He put up with my bad attitude, dryness and plain dislike of sales reps. I told him of my wants, needs and payment amounts I would pay for a car. i typically buy on notes. He smiled and just told said, "Work with me and let me see what i can do for you." I did not believe that I would get bought. Surprise! I did. A 2006 Malibu SS! It is the sexiest car I have ever owned. I feel like a princess in it. Ken took time to search his inventory and after so many "No's" from me, we finally found a few, but I settled on the Malibu SS. We had to travel to another location to get it. Well, I tell you. Had it not been for his tenacity I would have given up and bought a hooptie just to get around the sales experience. Once I settled on the car the work really began. Or so I thought. In less than 30 minutes he came back and told me that the bank bought me. I smiled and thanked him and waited to do the paperwork. What Ken does not know is that after he left me in his office i went over to the window cried as I looked up and Thanked my God for sending me that day. I also thanked God for Ken's atttitude as I said before I wasnt very nice. Ken is the type of sales rep that I appreciate very much. He will have my business the next time I need a vehicle. I will also be sure to send anyone looking to him. Thank you Ken Frakes for tolerating a customer like me. You were awesome! More

Steve walked up to my daughter and I and asked if he could help us. I was only in the market for a used car, but after working with Steve, I was able to get a New car (2011).
