Just filled bankruptcy: Contacted Fresh start head start to purchase new vehicle. Very easy process but pic of vehicle I looked at is not vehicle that was delivered. Was driven to me not placed on a truck w to purchase new vehicle. Very easy process but pic of vehicle I looked at is not vehicle that was delivered. Was driven to me not placed on a truck which added extra miles, got vehicle near 1100 miles. Worked with sales rep to find original vehicle but was told it wouldn’t work out so I would keep this vehicle and would be sent $1800 check for upgrades they would make. Have not received check to this date or any information regrading my tag which expired the day I got the vehicle. My sales rep will not return my texts so I’m upset that once the loan is approved the deal is done with the rep. If cannot reach anyone soon regarding tag, I will be forced to take legal action because I only know to contact my sales rep. Vehicle is nice and easy process made me recommend others but the process after the fact leaves a bad taste in my mouth. More

Will tell you anything to sell you a car. Was told last July when I purchased my vehicle that to come back in a year and the would refinance my loan in order to lower my monthly payment. When I returned this week they said because the car had over 100,000 miles they could not refinance, (the car had over 90,000 miles when I purchased it) . I am a person that holds people to their word. This just proves that the sales and finance people working at this dealership have no integrity and I will take my future business somewhere else. More

Easy purchase but very dishonest. Bought a $31,000 Malibu that came with a dent in the door. Said they would make sure it got fixed. Got an $800 estimate and guess what, 2 years later Bought a $31,000 Malibu that came with a dent in the door. Said they would make sure it got fixed. My Rep Savanah never followed up on anything she said she would. I dropped my car off for service at 10 am on Tuesday and I gave up by Friday when they hadn’t even touched my car.
