They are the nicest group of people you'll ever meet and I enjoyed everyday I worked with them. I would love to work for them again! More

With him out they kept my car for 9 hours - never calling me when finished, didn't return a message from me, and the service light came on the 1st time I started the car. When I returned they wanted to keep my car again this time overnight. While my car was being serviced I priced buying a new car. The salesman quoted me a price significantly higher than every price I saw their website. They lost a loyal customer. More

Was told by Albert (Service Adviser) as soon as I got out of my truck th Took my truck in for scheduled tire rotation and oil change at 48, 484 miles. Was told by Albert (Service Adviser) as soon as I got out of my truck that I needed more than that on my scheduled maintenance. Albert told me that I needed my transmission flushed, front and back differentials needed fluid changed and my transfer case needed fluid changed. So about 550.00 dollars more, If this service was not completed my warranty would not be valid. I picked up my truck the next day (the only good thing they did was get me a free rental for overnight) which I guess that you can do if you over advise. That night as I was looking at the owners manual, I did not need the service that I was told. Then to make things even worse the service manage told me today that living in Ohio I needed to have severe maintenance done based on where I live. This is totally new to me, no where does it say that in the owners manual, nor have I been told this before with other new vehicles purchased. Transmission flushed in severe maintenance states 72,000 mile, Albert told me it needed done at 48000???? I was misled, I will never trust going to this service department again. More
Terrible dishonest service Do not bother believing anything they say they will do for you. So the dealership has had our van 3 days to put a hitch on it. We go pick it up on a Wednesday and they had removed the hitch that they installed (which was part of the deal) and said they can't put it on because some BS about a harness. They repaired the glass and made us a new key. They found a recall on the radio and said they would fix it while they had the vehicle. Well they couldn't fix the radio either! So they told us they would give us $100 toward a new radio which we are having put in anyway yet it delayed us from picking up our van. We won't hold our breath. They said the check would come from GM in 4 to 7 days. So, once I stopped flying around on my broom we told them to put the parts in the van and we would put on ourselves. This is after they put it on, took it off and said there was no harness to fit our van. So they still have our van because the guy said well we go ahead and wash it for you like they were supposed to and I said well that's just great you knew we would be here today, nothing is done and you still have to wash it? He said yes...well I said that's great, there better not be one fricken speck of dirt or s bug on it when we get it. To which he responded if you are taking it now we don't have time to detail it....wait for it...I said well you have had three days. My husband and I are going to dinner call us when it's clean, we never got a call that evening. We go at Noon the next day to pick it up. They never cleaned it! Then lied and said they didn't agree to clean it. The service manager said they do it to every car! I would have thought with the crappy service we received on everything else they would have took a little extra care in cleaning it to make things right since we were out our van 4 days! The lack of concern for our time and the lack of customer service was terrible. There are plenty of other places to buy a vehicle don't let the fancy dealership fool you. It looks good but it isn't. Our next vehicle purchase won't be from here and since our last 4 vehicles were GM we are rethinking that as well. Loyalty means nothing obviously. Just walked out to take the trailer hitch they put in the back of the van that they installed and then uninstalled out of the van and the idiots put it directly in the van no plastic or paper and there is grease all over the carpet! Inept! Idiots! Thanks a lot for nothing! Tim Shaw what are you going to do about that? More

His finance manager Mark Hitzell lied to my face trying to push options on me I did not want and told me my loan depended on these options. Buyer Beware of this dealership. Save your time and money. Buy somewhere else. Unprofessional and extremely dishonest. More

Finance personal not friendly nor honest and when you call to complain they pass you off like a joke and say " let me get back to you". Not a good practice to lie to your customers. Very dishonest thing to do. I will share my experience with anyone who ask. The right thing to do was to honor the price in the window tag and not make up a story as to why the tag was in the window. Don't buy from here! Go somewhere else WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM MCLUSKEY! Worst experience ever! They lie and their service dept is awful. Every time they "fix" someth WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM MCLUSKEY! Worst experience ever! They lie and their service dept is awful. Every time they "fix" something, it comes back scratched or they charge you to fix it and don't fix it at all. I wrote a letter to the owner and he didn't even have the audacity to acknowledge how horrible my experience was. Take my advice, go down the road to a different dealer. Fyi: the lifetime power train warranty is only good if you get the oil and tires aligned and rotated there, and we have had issues when we have got it back EVERYTIME. Their solution: "void your warranty and get your oil done where you want"......smh More
