Hi George, we are sorry for the experience that you describe. You should be hearing from a team member regarding your concerns. We do a 172 point inspection at the time we offer the vehicle for sale. Used vehicles aren't automatically outfitted with new tires/brakes, etc. - those aspects are addressed IF they are a safety related risk for the consumer. With the year you've indicated, perhaps some of these issues you describe are still covered by Nissan's factory warranty, and if you haven't done so yet, I would contact them to see what still might be covered in this regard - such as the radio issues you describe. Additionally, your vehicle qualified for our free lifetime powertrain warranty - if there is an issue with the transmission such as you reference.

Still waiting for your call back Tony!! Two more months have passed. What is your friggn problem? You don’t respond, the dealership doesn’t respond? I’ve still got your voicemail from January saying you would call me back...4 months? Is your phone broken? Or are you just to embarrassed to call me because you know you screwed up?? Maybe it’s best if I present myself on your showroom floor? I’ll bet McClusky would lose at least a dozen sales in 1 day from that. But you know, I think it’s got to be that way, so don’t be surprised when I get in your face You know, all I’m asking for is to do a tuneup, oil change & replace my broken windshield. All that should have been done before the car was sold. 40k miles on it & never had an oil change? Your a typical used car salesman Tony
