We took pictures of your cracked dash when your arrived and attached the photo to our repair order. We did not crack your dashboard. Your service advisor even mentioned to you before it was taken to the service technician that your dashboard was cracked, and you indicated you were aware. Our records do not indicate a phone call about oil leakage to your service advisor or in our system, it is the first time we are hearing about this. You are welcome to make an appointment with our service team to address any repairs to your vehicle. IF any repair we've performed is still an outstanding issue, then we always stand behind a resolution for our customers. We will not be addressing your cracked dashboard that was already damaged, as evidenced above, when you arrived on premises.

I never noticed a crack in my dashboard before the airbag replacement.. and the advisor never said a word to me about it or told me ahead of time that it was possible that there would be any damages possible. He only told me that it had to be done immediately due to safety issues. And I actually called two times about the oil leak. They offered to tow it on the first call and I said I didn’t think it lost that much oil that I would drive it in. But by the time of my service two days later there was more oil on my newly poured driveway which won’t come out that I decided to have it Towed and I called back for the second time an requested that it be towed.. but thank you for detailing the interior and making that part of this situation right. I also have pictures of my driveway with the huge oil stains if you’d like to see them?

Once your lender did your welcome call with you, you disclosed information to them that THEY decided to withdraw their offer to fund, therefore the vehicle/loan is non-fundable. You are aware of this aspect. At this point, we are in the process of filing a stolen vehicle report with the police department because you are refusing to relinquish our inventory back to us that we own, not you - for all the reasons indicated above. Once this local police report is filed by us, the Illinois police department is ready and willing to retrieve our inventory on our behalf. Once we have our inventory back, and if there are no damages to the vehicle, we will refund your deposit, but not before this occurs.
