I took my car in Monday morning for an appointment at 1:30pm. When scheduled a car loaner was requested at that time. Ryan stated it wasn’t listed on the paperwork for initial setup. I received my loaner vehicle and was anticipating a call in the afternoon. I received no such call or text message of the issue with my vehicle. Therefore, I called to understand the issue. The representative managing my vehicle was not there. I received a call Tuesday morning stating that they are able to discuss my vehicle now and I should expect my car to stay overnight if I get a loaner. Nothing in regards to my issue, no apology for getting back more than 12 hours later. Was my car even looked at during my scheduled time? Doesn’t feel like it. My car is under the bumper to bumper warranty and I was advised I have to pay to get my vehicle defect repaired. In reviewing the manufacture warranty, vehicle defects are covered. In speaking with multiple Chevy dealerships, this issue is covered under warranty. What is the point of a warranty that is bumper to bumper? There is no explanation of this to me provided. My cars will never be serviced here moving forward. The lack of communication and lack of customer care is unbelievable. More
About a month ago I had a 2017 dodge ram with 40,000 miles in excellent condition and sold it to McCluskey Chevrolet and a return I bought a 2013 Ford focus that was supposed to have the free lifetime m miles in excellent condition and sold it to McCluskey Chevrolet and a return I bought a 2013 Ford focus that was supposed to have the free lifetime mechanical warranty which I am here to tell you that evidently that is all a big lie I schedule an appointment to have the 2013 Ford focus looked at and what I showed up at the dealer they started screwing me around I wasn’t able to get a rental car because I don’t have full coverage insurance so they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do to help me so I guess what I’m saying is don’t buy a few vehicle from McCluskey Chevrolet I gave them a perfectly good truck with no problems and in return they sold me a piece of junk Ford Focus That was supposed to of had the 172 point inspection and have the free lifetime mechanical warranty which the Ford focus I bought the problem is the transmission and evidently I’m not going to be able to get it fixed because they can’t figure out a way to work with me And I’ve only had the car a little over a month More

They sadly attempted to clean it up which just smeared it around which I didn’t notice until the next day which is when I also found my truck was leaking oil on my driveway that was from my oil filter not being properly installed. It was loose. I made another appointment to have everything fixed and was advised that it would be 100% taken care of which was false. I was then told that I would receive compensation if not through a few services which was false. Then my advisor told me that the service manager told him that he could not help me and I had to accept the truck as is. So I asked if the broken dash would Depreciate the value of my truck and he said he couldn’t answer that 🙄. Sad customer service. If it wasn’t for keeping my warranty I would never use their poor customer service again. Thank you More
McCluskey Chevrolet is one of the worst dealerships in the entire country. I bought a truck from them, gave them $4000 down payment and they delivered my truck. Well come to find out they wasnt supposed to sell this truck and they have done some very illegal practices. Law states they have 10 days to let me know underwriting (loan) didnt go thru. They notified me on the 17th day. Also they guarantee financing. I called the loan company i was approved for and they told me it was McCluskey who backed out of the deal. They have threatened me, my family, and are now calling my neighbors trying to bribe them and defaming me. They have their own in house financing, yet they ran my credit to 16 loan companies you have to have almost perfect credit ... They did this to make sure i couldn't get a loan no where else. All the inquiries on my credit dropped it dramatically . My first payment for the loan was May 6th , I made the payment May 4th to the dealership and they accepted it . Then they also sent me an e-mail stating I hope I'm enjoying my Ram 1500 and thank you very much for being a great customer. All while they are contacting my friends, my neighbors, my employer, and repo agents to take a truck from me i have not defaulted on. They stopped the loan agreement with WestLake Financial, they ran my credit maliciously to loan companies they knew i wouldn't be approved for, they have tried to get me fired from my job, they have harassed me, they have lied to me, they have done very illegal things ... I got their conversations(on tape), there texts, and everything saved. I would recommend anyone to stay away and do not patronize McCluskey Chevrolet. These people are Crooks. They do not care about their customers,they do not follow their own policies, they break laws and threaten customers, and are the most unprofessional business i have ever meant... Unfortunately I cannot rate the new car sales team. I have had nothing but complications during a phone conversation with a sales person. He was more concerned making a sale then to understand that the timing of his sales call needed to wait. I advised him twice that I was on a soccer field and that I wasn’t in a position to make any decisions on just test driving. He didn’t even offer to call me at a later time or even a different day. He knew I was interested in a vehicle because of the times that I’ve looked on the website and shown interest in a SUV. This goes back to also back in July 2019 I bought a 3500 from them and the sales at that time sucked. I do want I think Jeremy Huber for the outstanding service that I get done every time I Chevy 3500 needs to have oil changed or anything that I would like done to it. Thank you Jeremy! So I have spent more time on their website looking for a Traverse RS and still even after speaking with Guest Relations and the only thing I get from her was “I will speak with the sales team”. She didn’t even ask me if I was still interested in a vehicle that they may have on their lot. My family overtime has bought from the dealership when they were just in Reading Ohio. More

I've worked with Bill Stouffer now since 2015 and just took delivery of my 3rd Silverado from him. From beginning to end, the communication, transparency, comfort and expertise from Bill sets a new standard. Being in Luxury Retail sales myself, I understand the process and psychology many people encounter at auto dealerships, this is not the case here. I look forward to service, my children even look forward to service because the lounge is awesome. The entire team from the top down at McCluskey is focused on a customer centric experience and it shows, i'm not a happy customer, i am a LOYAL customer! More
