We have reached out to the customer and apologized for the experience that they describe. We have refunded their deposit monies (of which we always do for all of our customers), and we came up with 3 other options on other new vehicles, similar to what they had ordered, that were "in transit" to us as a possibility. They let us know that there were going with a new vehicle that was on the ground already at another dealership, but indicated that they appreciated that we tried to resolve the situation for them. We are truly sorry that this occurred, but we quickly went about trying to make it right for them.

We do not have your full/complete name to research this matter further. If you will provide that to us (send to karen@mccluskey.com/or call 513 697 5450), we can do so, or perhaps schedule another appointment/with a different product specialist if you desire. As a high volume dealership, our inventory moves quickly and a deposit will hold a vehicle for an individual (which is happily returned if needed). The great news is that we have a great array of inventory, with acquisitions made daily in that regard. We also have a nationwide search capability to assist our customers with their vehicle needs!
