I don't like the dealership because they lied about my life time warranty I was told that if I maintain my oil changes between 5000 and 7000 I would be cover well I did that but when my water pump went ou life time warranty I was told that if I maintain my oil changes between 5000 and 7000 I would be cover well I did that but when my water pump went out the warranty company said it couldn't be over 5000 miles so they wouldn't pay for it,but the kicker is my first oil change was at the dealership and it was 6100 miles so they knew my life time warranty was void then but didn't tell me so I only had the car from August 9 2021 it's a 2019 tahoe to December 2022 and I had to payout of pocket a total amount of 1000.00 for a water pump and rental it took them 6days after I brought it to them to tell me my warranty was no-good and 3.5 days to fix the dealership has given me problems from day one I should have given the car back but I'm 7ft tall and it very comfortable but I liked how it felt even with its issues like the lights are tinted and you can't see at night after I had it I went to get the lights changed and found out it was a wrecked car that wasn't reported the whole front end is aftermarket parts and they knew and charged me full price for the tahoe so this dealership is crap to me I won't do any more business with them. We have our credit score so low now there no way to get a low. We have bought 2 vehicles at your kings Mill store have our vehicles service there too. For a preferred customers of so called business. We are not happy! And this girl has made us feel like xxxx! Bc we got the shaft! We have even sent our friends there to buy a car from you all. Keith McCluskey said everyone treated like family. Well we know now what a joke that's been. Not a Happy Customer any longer!! Maybe we should take the service on our vehicles to another place in stead of yours. Bc we always been there and we can go close to the house than driving 34 miles away from home! More
I had scheduled an oil change and for diagnostics on an electrical issue. When I showed up I was told the diagnostics could not be done since the techs were gone for the day. I was asked to let them know any problems I had once I informed them I was ignored!! The employees nor supervisor’s return phone calls to r reply to emails leaving you stuck with issues that should have b informed them I was ignored!! Worst place to buy a used car that’s “certified through them” you won’t get the warranty really they argue every single thing. The day I drove my truck off the lot my brakes caught fire and they had it for them” you won’t get the warranty really they argue every single thing. The day I drove my truck off the lot my brakes caught fire and they had it for three weeks then I got it back and my air ride suspension messed up they had the truck for a total of 3 to 4 months when I got to drive it once and was still already making payments. On top of that they scratch my paint job on my fenders and hood why was in the care of their mechanics. Tried telling me the scratches were already there!!! I tried asking to just swap the truck out for another and they refused. Now again today my suspension my transmission my hub bearings are in a couple other things have messed up on my truck they refused to give me a rental my truck is being towed and I will be left without a car for Thanksgiving for my family! Worst place for customer service. I had three of my own friends come there and buy vehicles from them. My father-in-law bought a 2023 Chevy Silverado high country for 80 or $90,000 dollars then they told him weeks later after he had some problems with it that was missing some chips and they sold him an incomplete truck without telling him and refused to fix it or make anything better!!! I never thought I’d see the day when I’d order a vehicle and negotiate a trade without ever actually visiting a dealership in person. My than I did. My car was delivered to me at my home and my trade was loaded up and driven away. This is a long way from the days of the salesperson taking your keys from you and not giving them back until having an exhaustive conversation about what it would take for you to drive home in a new car that day. Cheri was great. She was responsive and informative. I’ll likely do business with McCluskey again. More
Bought a vehicle from their online program. They say they go over the vehicle but could not have because it was delivered to me from another dealer. Have tried to get items fixed under the 30 day warranty. I have promises and no call backs and no repair. The funny part is they are contractually responsible by virtue of their own paperwork. I have done everything they wanted the same day they wanted it. All I want is a little respect from them as a customer. It appears this review mirrors others. Their follow up service leaves much to be desired. More
I recently went here for an oil change and hopefully to get my tire patched but the guy at the counter was very rude when I was talking to him I don’t know if he had a bad day or what. I told him that I think I have a hole in my tire that needed to be patched and asked him for a quote for 4 new tires and he said it would be $35 for the patch which I was fine with but as I’ve been driving I have been having to fill my tire more and more I don’t understand what I paid the $35 for. He gave me quote for the tires after the service was done and said it would be over $600 for tires and $150 for the alignment which every time I’ve got tires from somewhere the alignment was free so that didn’t make sense. I told him no I would wait and he kind of got a bad attitude with me for telling him no. Every time I’ve came here for a service I’ve had a terrible experience and if I didn’t want to ruin my warranty on my car I would go somewhere else but I’m really at the point to where I’d rather save money and have less of a headache. More
