If my satisfaction was your main concern, yall would have fixed the problem the first time i contacted your sevice representative when the vehicle was serviced 6 months after i had already traded it in. Instead i keep getting notifications of services being done on that vehicle including being asked to write a review on this site. Which normally i don't do but this angered me enough to do so since it has been multiple times with this last getting no response from your service rep. Maybe when a car comes into your shop, you should verify the owner and billing contacts are up to date with the one that brings it in. Either way i am done dealing with you guys and will ignore any further attempts to contact me. Yall lost a customer that was driving chevys for almost 20 years.
