We are sorry for the way that you felt about your experience at our dealership. We run credit once a customer gives us their personal information and it's what's needed from a lender standpoint in order to determine an approval and what the terms and conditions of the approval might be - from the l ender. We had permission to run your credit. You even called Equifax while you were here in order to "lift" your credit freeze from that bureau in order for us to proceed further with the process indicated above.

No i did not call them lmao i asked before i opened the lock not freeze so get it right before you lie genius and will it affect my credit score and your sellsman said no no it wont its just in house and i was are you sure cause we arent even sure we buying a car but he again said no it wouldn't but keep up the lies thats all your good for now i see why you have horrible reviews 🤣🤣🤣

We appreciate your honest review. As a dealership with multiple locations, we do have to move vehicles from lot to lot based upon a customer's interest. We apologize for the delay in the sales rep getting back with you within the 1 hour time frame (it may have taken a bit longer to get the vehicle than anticipated/availability of a logistics driver to pick it up etc), which is why you received a reach out a bit later - plus, if another customer arrived on premises (likely) during this time frame, he was probably working with/assisting another customer, and couldn't reach out until he did to you. As far as the damage was concerned, that aspect could have occurred after the photo was taken, and once you had driven the vehicle and if you were interested, that could have perhaps been an element that we fixed for you as it sounds like it was a minor cosmetic item. Again, we are sorry for the way that you were made to feel. If you still have an interest in that vehicle, or another one, please call our sales appointment setting team at 513 741 1111.
