I recently went here for an oil change and hopefully to get my tire patched but the guy at the counter was very rude when I was talking to him I don’t know if he had a bad day or what. I told him that I think I have a hole in my tire that needed to be patched and asked him for a quote for 4 new tires and he said it would be $35 for the patch which I was fine with but as I’ve been driving I have been having to fill my tire more and more I don’t understand what I paid the $35 for. He gave me quote for the tires after the service was done and said it would be over $600 for tires and $150 for the alignment which every time I’ve got tires from somewhere the alignment was free so that didn’t make sense. I told him no I would wait and he kind of got a bad attitude with me for telling him no. Every time I’ve came here for a service I’ve had a terrible experience and if I didn’t want to ruin my warranty on my car I would go somewhere else but I’m really at the point to where I’d rather save money and have less of a headache. The sales guy kept promising they would take them as part of the deal when we bought the new car. Once he researched what they were worth, he refused to take them because they were valued low. So basically he lied to us for months so he could get the sale! I know this dealership could care less about my review since they sell so many cars and always busy, but it’s bad business to go back on your word. I will never buy another car from that dealership ever and I plan on telling everyone I know how they lie to customers to get the sale. More

They said they would not do anything about it and it was my problem and the battery cost me 182 dollars and they would not even go good on that! They will pull the rug over your eyes and Joey will tell you all that every Lemon of a vehicle they have is a great vehicle with a lifetime power train warranty and that every vehicle has gone through an intense inspection and that all is good on the vehicle! Buy anywhere else that you can because these guys are thieves and took advantage of this 100% Total and Permanent Disabled Veteran! I even gave them my address and all the paperwork came with someone else’s address and not mine and I even told them this countless times and they still sent me a title with someone else’s address and they will not respond to me now! Again, buy from a trusted Auto Dealer and stay very, very far away from This place More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BUYING A VEHICLE (and to put this into proper perspective, I'm 52, so I've purchased a few vehicles) I went to McCluskey because my credit is still reeling from the financial disas into proper perspective, I'm 52, so I've purchased a few vehicles) I went to McCluskey because my credit is still reeling from the financial disaster of the Covid lockdown and they guarantee you financing and say they'll work with you after the sale to help improve your credit and get you refinanced at a better rate in 6 - 12 months. I talked with Greg and everything seemed to be going well, long story short, we ended up having to have my wife cosign, which I figured would happen, and he got me into a 2019 Dodge Journey for a decent price. Fast forward a week, Greg calls and says that a second bank has said no and they will be coming to pick up the Journey and return my $800 down payment. So the guys come to pick up the vehicle and have no clue they are supposed to return my down payment, or that's what they claimed. So, I call Greg to find out what's going on and the condescending attitude starts, he's not worried about my pitiful $800, and how he was doing me a favor, blah, blah, blah, ad nauseam... Well fast forward 3 days and dozens of calls and texts where I have been assured I will be getting my $800 back and I still don't have it. The only pitiful thing is the horrible attitude and lack of customer service skills at McCluskey, which if you read the all other bad reviews, is the common theme, along with over-promising and under-delivering. On their website they promise you a $1000 Visa gift card if they can't get you financed. I am having to fight to get my "pitiful" $800 down payment back, so I know I will never see that. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A DEALERSHIP THAT VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TREATS THEM RIGHT. More

Recently purchased a new Equinox RS from McCluskey. Compared to other dealerships I visited, I felt that McCluskey was the most upfront about everything. I really appreciated that I wasn't pressured into buying the add-ons to the purchase. The option(s) were given and when I declined, Dontae, my salesperson, accepted the answer and moved on. If I would've felt any pressure to buy something I didn't want to spend money on, I would've got up and left immediately. As I said, the transaction went well and everything was told upfront. The Equinox I bought was in transit when I signed the papers and it was arranged for them to drop my car off in my driveway that way I didn't have to go back. Very convenient for me and I really appreciated that they did that. Really highly recommend making your next vehicle purchase from McCluskey. Dontae was excellent and I would definitely do business with him and McCluskey again in the future. More
