7:45-10pm is very late for an oil change, but at least it was very fast! They washed it but didn’t vaccuum it :(. And as I drove away my steering column radio controls wouldn’t work. I called them back and they said they didn’t touch anything that wasn’t related to the oil change. Couple minutes later the controls started working, I tried to call back no answer this time. Then, next day my coolant light/alarm came on. My coolant was very low for some unknown reason, especially after they told me they topped it off. Just weird little things… could have been better More

I am a second time out of state buyer from this dealership. 1st purchase was awesome. This time was horrible. I was waiting on a 2022 trailblazer which never arrived so I chose the 2020 Mitsubishi dealership. 1st purchase was awesome. This time was horrible. I was waiting on a 2022 trailblazer which never arrived so I chose the 2020 Mitsubishi eclipse for the gas mileage. When the car got to me the fender was dented, the windshield has wind coming through it in the corner, the radio volume goes up and down on its own and now there is a chip in the windshield. There is no electric start which was in the description and all I am being told now is to take it to my local Mitsubishi dealership. This is a 2020 model that I have had a week now and none of these problems were disclosed to me. I am very displeased. I have bought my last vehicle from you guys More
