My last three service visits have been terrible. One being an oil change taking 3hrs, 2nd came for oil change, during my call I acquired about pricing for upcoming maintenance, was told they would c One being an oil change taking 3hrs, 2nd came for oil change, during my call I acquired about pricing for upcoming maintenance, was told they would call back with pricing. They didn’t. When I arrived for oil change I asked about that pricing I didn’t receive. The guy verbally told me a price with no print out or summary I said thank you. Go sit for my oil change, time to checkout the said you owe $1k+ I died! I didn’t not ask for the service to happen nor confirm anything. 3rd visit I came in for tail light partially out. Thought maybe a bulb. They call me tell me no those don’t have bulbs they’re led so the entire light needs changed $1200! I said no thank you my husband can change it for that price. Then go to check out to get my keys they charged me $198 to diagnose my tail light! I knew it was out and asked if it was bulbs, if you knew there was no bulbs the other option is a fuse and I can check that. Totally a rip off! This is third car our family has bought from this dealership and I don’t feel good about it here anymore. Gets worse every time More
