Trucks delivered and it had a tow hitch rusted to the point, it broke when I hooked my empty trailer to it. And it got rejected when I tried to take it to get a state inspection sticker. Eric was the salesman, He seemed to be ver professional and seemed like he cared, but after the down payment his true character came out. had to purchase a tow hitch and remove the old one and install the new one. The upper and lower ball joints and rear tire dry rot had to be took care of before it could be passed for inspection, so I believe the dealership And Ashley who was the other person that I dealt with was great, she returned calls and replied to messages. The only time I recieved a call or a message from Eric is when he lost some document I sent in or needed something else, so some advice from a Retired Senior NCO with 25 years of service. Avoid Eric,!!!!! . More

I went in on Friday and they couldn't get me in. I told the lady I live over an hour and my 2026 equinox is due for an oil change. She gave me an appointment for the next day. I was very grateful. My experience was really good. It was really fast. I did certain things online to prepare as much as I could, and when I showed up at the dealership, everything moved very fast.
