She was fairly amicable (not overly friendly but not rude) but the technician who was able to do my seat replacement got busy and couldn't complete the job. Again, not an issue- except I dropped my truc rude) but the technician who was able to do my seat replacement got busy and couldn't complete the job. Again, not an issue- except I dropped my truck off an hour early for a 9am appointment and I had to call that afternoon to get an update just to get a call back at like 4:30pm saying they couldn't get to it. I had to have someone drive with me to drop it off and drive me back up to pick it up and I've got to do all of that all over again. More
