Talked to 2 different people about price of vehicle, they even sent me vehicle information with price. Talked it over with my wife and decided to make deal. Said would call me back shortly, that’s when Dan called me and told me vehicle is now MSRP 1700 dollars more than I was quoted!! I would avoid this dealership!! More

Outstanding! Excellent! Amazing! Truly a “customer comes first“ dealership! All of the staff was open, honest, courteous and treated not only myself, but all of the customers in the showroom and common are first“ dealership! All of the staff was open, honest, courteous and treated not only myself, but all of the customers in the showroom and common areas as actual friends not potential income! From greeter to sales staff to the managers/GM, (Thanks Danny/Dan) McCarthy Toyota is THE place to buy a vehicle! So much so I bought one on Saturday (6-20) and am working the details to buy a second one from them today! Thanks for NOT giving us the “typical” car buying experience!! I tried to buy a used truck. I made an offer telling them that my offer was my “all in offer”. They countered with an offer that was $990,00 higher. I said no and told them that I could buy a new truck same that my offer was my “all in offer”. They countered with an offer that was $990,00 higher. I said no and told them that I could buy a new truck same model for a specified price. Then there was an offer to accept my offer if I provided information and proof of where I could buy the new truck. I at first said no and I should have left. Nope I did not I then went back into the dealership to confirm the counter offer of accepting my original offer if I revealed where I could buy the new truck for the amount I told them. The deal was confirmed to accept my original offer if I revealed my deal to buy the new truck to them. They took my phone and pulled up the invoice number provided to them by me on the new truck from a competitor dealer. I then was told I had to bring in a signed document from the competitor dealer. I told the salesman I was dealing with that I felt like I was lied to and asked to speak with the man who made the offer. I spoke to “Dan” who cussed me and said I called him a lier! I tried to reason with Dan and told him I did not call him a lier however I felt I was lied to and asked him if he was going to honor his word? Dan continued to cuss me and get loud with me using very vulgar language in front of my wife and the people on the sales floor. Dan then tells me “I did not want to sell you the truck anyway” mission accomplished!!! Dan then tells me “You are just going vulgar word write me a bad review anyhow”. I have never been treated or talked to like this ever trying to purchase a new vehicle. I owe this to Dan, I did not need a vehicle and I do not WANT one anymore either!!! More
