We sincerely want to thank you for your recent review of McCarthy-Morse Chevrolet. Even though your experience was not a positive one, your feedback is always helpful to us. In regards to your concerns, as I explained to you before, the quotes you received from the other dealerships didn't include the labor and parts necessary to complete your needed repair. Our total price to you included all the parts, including the new fuel filter you requested, and labor for the repair plus the draining and filling of the fuel tank. We are confident that if you would call those other dealerships and ask about the other parts and labor we performed, you would see that their final totals would be in line with what you were charged here. It pains us whenever a customer feels that they didn't have a positive experience with us. Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction, and that goal is not easy to achieve. Again, I'm truly sorry that you didn't have a positive experience with us. I wish that we could have come to a resolution that would have satisified you and I hope that in the future you'll come back to see us. We do want all our customers to be happy. Thank you again. You're very important to us.
