We've had two jobs done through the McCarthy Morse Body Shop in the last 6 weeks and the experience was excellent both times. Byron McDaniel was a pleasure to work with and made things extremely easy Body Shop in the last 6 weeks and the experience was excellent both times. Byron McDaniel was a pleasure to work with and made things extremely easy for my wife and I by taking care of all of the details. His communication and follow up were also excellent. I was especially pleased with the price on the second job which I was paying out of pocket. I'd happily recommend Byron and the Body Shop at McCarthy Morse. More

Took my Chevy s-10 to get body work done after an ice storm. Byron McDaniel made the process smooth and painless. He had the estimate done quickly and worked with my insurance company on process. All my customer experiences with McCarthy-Morse Chevrolet has exceeded my expectations. Over the past couple of years I have had several service jobs done on my 2002 GMC Yukon XL. As reasonable for a vehicle has exceeded my expectations. Over the past couple of years I have had several service jobs done on my 2002 GMC Yukon XL. As reasonable for a vehicle with 190,000+ miles some items need to be repaired. The service managers (particularly Mr. Scott Howell) have been prompt, courteous and accurate in their estimates and work. Each time the service was performed as expected. Given the number of miles on my vehicle, Scott worked with me to provide the appropriate repair and service work. I really appreciate Scott's providing me good information and his patience waiting for me to make repair decisions that I feel good about. I highly recommend McCarthy-Morse Chevrolet and look forward to future business with them when the opportunity arrises. More

The most honest and "real" sales & service staff in Kansas City. If it can be fixed, they tell you what it will take to make it right. The sales, office & support staff have always treated me fairly and with respect; I trust them to show me the car that best fits my needs and budget, and they do. After telling a friend about what had happened to my truck he told me where he has taken is cars for many years and why he has taken them to your body shop. So I wanted to bring my truck up and have som truck he told me where he has taken is cars for many years and why he has taken them to your body shop. So I wanted to bring my truck up and have some one look at it. I went inside and right away I was waited on.I began by telling him why I was there we went out so he could see the truck he took the time to tell me what needed to be done and why. He answered my question as we went a long.He gathered all the imformation he needed and we went back in.He exsplained what he would be doing to get the ball rolling when he was done all I needed to do was tell him when I was going to bring the truck in so he could have the rentalcar people pick me up.I was realy happy my friend told me about where he would take it if it where his.He was right I was very happy and inpressed by how I have been treated from start to finish I had people giving meup dates on what was being done and when it would be ready to be picked up .I could not believe how every one worked as a team and they were all on the same team you dont always see that.I will spread the word when ever I can. More
