Always goes above and beyond I have been driving Chrysler products since 1985, and this is the best service center that I have ever used. I am a female senior citizen and I have been using Lee's Summit DCJR for over ten years. I even pay a $50 deductible when having warranty work done that I could have done without copay at CarMax, as I know I will be getting quality work and won't be told I need other work that isn't required. I value honesty and integrity, and this dealership is definitely trustworthy! I have always contacted Jesse Venzor, service rep, because he knows me by name and my vehicle and is always doing his best to see that I get the services needed. He also reminds me when I have maintenance due. This week I had some work done and the mechanic noticed my transmission pan seal was leaking. My warranty company, Warranty Group, refused to cover the repairs, claiming it was Chrysler's responsibility. I talked to them three times, and Jesse talked to them at least four times, to no avail. Service Manager Mike Jones took care of the problem and I didn't have to pay for this repair. I highly recommend this dealership for repair work! More
