RUN! Finance guy here is shady, likes to lie about any and everything he can, and sell vehicles out from under you while pretending he can't get your financing figured out. He will tell you they aren't able to buy out other companies leases (like every other dealer) when they absolutely can, just don't want to. Sat in line for an hour at the bank due to the app being down to get him documents, he said he sent them, he never did. Total waste of my time and nothing but problems. Do not waste your time here. Go anywhere else. 🙏

This place is a complete rip off. Went to have diagnostic on 2016 Ram 1500 and have a tick sound checked. They found it was a lifter and said I needed a new engine. Price was 7500 for the engine and 5000 for labor = 12500 dollars to have a remanned engine put in. The dealership said they would give me 200 dollars to buy it or 200 dollars in a trade in on a garage kept vehicle. No rust anywhere. I will not be back. I called my mechanic and he said would put in the engine for 2500 and we could get a remanned engine for 4500. Do not recommend this dealership. After the change in ownership, this place it is not the place to buy anything. Not to mention when I picked up the truck, my bug guard was broken and the fire blanket on my hood was ripped. After research a "used" hood for this truck goes for 200 dollars. These people think we are stupid as consumers.

went for a oil change and they immediately popped my hood and said i need to change 2 fluid deals and said i must do this. they charged almost 600.00 and i found out later with 39000 miles i did not have to do this until 100,000 miles. this was so wrong i feel i was lied to by the service manager and while i was paying this enormous fee the mechanic walked up and told the service manage on another car he was working on it should be 1.2 hours but i going to write up 2 full hours. this is so dishonest as the service manager said ok do it. They are doing unnecessary things just to get money . i would not recommend them to anyone again i am a 15 year lee summit dodge customer that will never let mccarthy do anything except change oil that i have prepaid for.

Went in to lease a vehicle. I've always had the taxes and licence paid on a lease. These crafty xxxxxxxx wrote the contract up to where the bill was on me. Didn't realize it until tax and licence time came around. The deceived me by not telling me. Be sure and check your contract when dealing with these xxxxxx.

Judy had to take our van in this time for an oil service! I had a shoulder replaced and could not drive. Did not matter; Carrie Williams got her fixed up. In and out quick and easy! Judy told me she does not mind bringing it in!

I cannot say enough Good things about this dealership. I needed a car, Keenan Weber helped me every step of the way even bringing the car to me. Because of him I get to say "hey I know a guy" If someone needs a car. Everyone everyone that I have dealt with at McCarthy has been amazing from Derek who has brought me the car to the general manager who is helped. find me financing. And I just can't Express how much Keenan has helped me. They are all amazing. If you need a car, Even if you're a Female don't be afraid to go to Mccarthy because they will treat you right and they will not go back on their word, What they say is what Happens.
