Absolute worst experience from a dealership. Held my vehicle for over 11 days and did absolute nothing. Claimed they couldnt reach the warranty company. Then i took it directly to another dealer who was able to reach warranty company that same day. Absolute joke. Never use this dealer for anything. Spoke to several customers who had been waiting who had similar experience. They are incompetent and not customer friendly and their screener Julie was a joke. She acts like we are bothering her calling to get status of our vehicle. Dont worry ill be posting this on every platform possible and have already told hundreds of folks to avoid this place at all cost. Wouldnt buy from them nor use service deptt at any point ever again More

I had my trucks oil and fuel filter changed as well as tires rotated. They never quoted me and when I asked if they had any specials I was told only if there was one online. When I went to pick my truck u tires rotated. They never quoted me and when I asked if they had any specials I was told only if there was one online. When I went to pick my truck up my bill was $390! Just by asking for an explanation they dropped it to $290 but that’s still ridiculous completed to what I paid for my last service. On top of that they never rotated my tires even though they charged me. Makes me wonder if they really changed my filters? When I started my truck when I was leaving my low voltage light came on. I looked at the “multi point inspection” sheet they supposedly performed and it said the battery was good. I stopped for fuel three miles away and my truck would not start. I needed a new battery! That would have been nice to know when I just had it to the dealer! I am willing to pay more to get my vehicle serviced at an OE dealer because you’re supposed to get higher quality techs and service. That is not the case at this dealer based on my experience. I would normally call the dealer to give them an opportunity to make it right versus writing a negative review. But I did that the last time I had my truck there. It was there for over a week for a check engine light and the light came back on 20 miles after picking it up. I left the service writer and service manager multiple detailed messages but never received a call back. Needless to say I will never go back to Lees Summit Dodge even though they are my local dealer. More
