I'm still learning how to work my car effectively and Rick offered me the opportunity to come back even after the purchase, I'm taking him up on his offer. He also kept his word on call backs and followed up quickly every chance he got. Service dept: Micheal (Mike) Jones has always given excellent customer service!! Brotherly attitude! Every time I visit this dealership to service my previous vehicle (multiple times) and because of his willing attitude and passion to help is the main reason why I purchased my new car from this dealership (even though, I could have easily went somewhere else). Last time brought car in for oil change, leaves stuck in hood - they didn't even take two minut Appears this service group ONLY does minimum required. Last time brought car in for oil change, leaves stuck in hood - they didn't even take two minutes out to have courtesy to blow them out. Last vehicle I had was a Honda, if I had to take car in for anything, they did a courtesy quick clean and wash before they gave car back to you. Also, each time I go in it seems like I wait quite a long time before even waited on. Once my extended warranty is gone, I won't be back. More
