This is how buying a new Truck/Car should be When we arrived at the dealership we already had a salesman. We asked for Ron, and while we were looking he came to help us. We had made copies from the website on which ones we wanted to look at. The very first one was the one we wanted! But due to the price we had to look at other models. We kept coming back to the Big Horn. Ron wrote it up and as we knew it was about $80. a month to much (We live on Soc. Sec.). But then the sales manager came over and asked why we didn't lease the truck? We told him we really didn't know about leasing and we wanted to buy outright. He explained it to us. We decided to go have some lunch and talk about it. We came back and we now have a Beautiful Black Shining did I say Beautiful Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn. And we got it for hold on, for $80 a month less then the Express we had looked at! We have had the truck now for a couple of weeks, and every time we just look at it, we have to smile, it is BEAUTIFUL! And just what we wanted! More

Should pay more attention to customers concerns Took my 2012 Ram 1500 20,000 miles in for oil change and check up was told need battery. I had Battery replaced a while later. My truck started experiencing problems took it to dealer who stated PCM was bad due to moisture inside which was covered by warranty but the harness was not I was charged over $800 for a 2 hour job. Went to pick up vehicle stated the engine light was on. Was checked by service rep which stated was ok. on the way home the vehicle kept dying out. Have not been able to drive vehicle its been parked. It very costly to keep having vehicle towed all the way to dealership. This was a manufacture defect. This is the second time I have a bad experience with dealership. The first time got ripped off for trade in got a very bad deal I noticed later after seeing vehicle up for sale at dealership. I am a disabled veteran and this is how you guys treat vets. More
