Brake Inspection At every oil change for the last year I have asked to have my 2008 Jeep Gr. Cherokee brakes be inspected. Back brakes had to have new pads. Yet, at ov At every oil change for the last year I have asked to have my 2008 Jeep Gr. Cherokee brakes be inspected. Back brakes had to have new pads. Yet, at over 137,000 miles the Service Dept. kept telling me I had 70% pads on my front brakes. With me seeming skeptical Service Advisor, Jesse Venzor, said let's pull all your wheels for an even closer inspection. Mechanic Sean Westbrook did just that. Then Sean had Jesse bring me out to the service bay for my own inspection. Sean quickly pointed out all my brakes had lots of pad left with no warping, leaks, etc. of any brake assembly. At close-out I asked what I owed for this extensive inspection. Jesse Venzor replied," It's on us. No charge." We politely debated this for a minute as I appreciated them showing, even at this high mileage, that everything was AOK. I thought it was only fair to pay for Sean's time and effort at fulfilling my request. Not so, LS Dodge Chrysler Jeep Service wouldn't budge on me not having to pay. This is why I return again and again to LS Dodge working with Jesse Venzor. More
