We brought my Wrangler to LS Jeep for service after numerous attempts (6) and several months of our frustration by another local dealer who could not diagnose or repair the issue. Jonathan was our serv numerous attempts (6) and several months of our frustration by another local dealer who could not diagnose or repair the issue. Jonathan was our service advisor and he was so enthusiastic about taking on the challenge and wanting to make it right. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt confident in their work. He and his team were able to repair our vehicle and resolve the issue in just a few days. Their service and professionalism was incredible. I can tell their techs treated my vehicle with care and quality as not only did they fix it, they detailed the engine bay, cleaned everything up and made it look brand new. I will be coming back for service needs in the future. Thank you, Jonathan!! More
Greg is rad. Never once pressured us to buy, didn't blow our phones up while we took a week to decide and look at other options. 11/10 Never once pressured us to buy, didn't blow our phones up while we took a week to decide and look at other options. 11/10 More
On February 23, 2023, I brought my 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel to Lee's Summit Dodge for a standard transmission pan drop and refill. After the service was completed, I noticed harsh shifting between gear Citadel to Lee's Summit Dodge for a standard transmission pan drop and refill. After the service was completed, I noticed harsh shifting between gears 1, 2, and 3. However, even after a week, the shifting issue persisted during downshifting and upshifting. As a result, I decided to take the truck back to Lee's Summit Dodge to ensure that the fluid levels were correct and nothing was overlooked. However, when I discussed the issue with Lindsay, the manager at the time, and their transmission technician, I was informed that they had noticed the harsh shifting as well. However, they claimed that the recent transmission refill they performed would not have caused such improper shifting, and I would need to pay $350 or more for a transmission relearning process. While I understand that relearning the transmission may be necessary in some cases, I do not believe it should apply in this situation, as the car was shifting fine before the preventive maintenance was performed. I expected some willingness to meet in the middle and seek a resolution. Upon reviewing other reviews, I should have recognized the warning signs. I will ensure that my experience is shared on all relevant platforms to warn others about encountering a similar situation. Unfortunately, this is the first time I have encountered a dealership that is unwilling to work with me to seek a resolution for a car they had just serviced. I will also be sharing my dissatisfaction with Dodge about this matter. More

I had done my research and had unfortunately dealt with some less than honest salesmen in Independence and Merriam before going to Lee's Summit. Kept everything fair and honest without any hassle. some less than honest salesmen in Independence and Merriam before going to Lee's Summit. Kept everything fair and honest without any hassle. More
