They tried so hard not to laugh. I went to get my tires rotated at the Jeep dealership. (LS always takes good care of my Jeeps so I tend to go back) I’m walking around the new Jee I went to get my tires rotated at the Jeep dealership. (LS always takes good care of my Jeeps so I tend to go back) I’m walking around the new Jeeps and thinking about my conundrum on what I was going to do. I need a better vehicle for my new promotion that won’t cost me an arm and a leg. They give me a low price for a trade in and I walked away. Then a salesman chases me down and asks if he can try to change my mind. Needless to say, I had this long list of high demands and they met all of them. So I traded in my Wrangler ☹️😒😭😢 They even took care of my service bill I pull out of the parking lot in my shiny new non-wrangler Cherokee and immediately hit the curb of the PARKING LOT NEXT TO THEM and blow out my tire. They came and got me, put me in a “test drive” vehicle that was like my new Jeep. All at no cost for me. I only had to pay for the tire. They also gave me pizza and cookies. I got a good deal on my trade in. A good deal on my new Jeep, and a cookie. More

After I bought a new car, the Finance Department blew me off Their Finance people at the Lee's Summit, State Line(KC) and Olathe locations are difficult to get a hold of. I had some questions after I bought my $ Their Finance people at the Lee's Summit, State Line(KC) and Olathe locations are difficult to get a hold of. I had some questions after I bought my $45k car from the Olathe location in 2017 and have had to call the above 3 locations multiple times over the last 2 years just to get someone on the phone. I am now selling my car and needed to cancel the service , extended warranty and windshield and dent plans. I was told that I needed to come in and sign the paperwork so I went in the Lee's Summit location last Wednesday at 8:45am and no one in Finance was in so the receptionist let me write a message for them. No one called me back. I called the State Line location Thursday and left a message because I work by there and still no one has called me back. The agreement said I can go to any location and they can cancel the plans for me. I called the LS location Thursday and got someone in Finance on the phone and they wouldn't tell me when a good time to come in was, said they are always busy, I needed to bring the car in so they can get the mileage, etc... I felt like I was being blown off because they weren't going to make any money dealing with me. So I went in Friday afternoon and finally met with Eric. He initially tells me that he cannot help me and I need to go to the Olathe location. So I read the first page of the agreement where it stated I could cancel at any location and without a word, he started getting the 1 piece of paper filled out for me to sign. A whole 1 piece of paper and the process took 5 minutes. Then he tells me that this could have been handled over the phone or via email. I told him that I was told it needed done in person because I had to sign it and they needed to see the actual mileage(which he never checked.) I mentioned that Derek, in the office next door, was the one who I originally worked with when I bought the car and Eric says, "Too bad you aren't working with him instead." He was very short, rude and rushed with me. I'll never purchase another car at any of their locations again due to the lack of customer service over the past 2 years plus a couple other issues/experiences that I had with the first car I purchased from them. I always had a good experience with their Service Dept though. Except once when a couple days after I got my oil changed the wiper fluid was empty, so they didn't refill it. Also, now that I'm selling my car, two diff dealerships have asked if they were rotating my tires and I said yes because that was included in the Service Plan I paid for. Both dealerships said it doesn't look like they were because of the wearing on the tires. So maybe they weren't being thorough. The Service Dept were always nice enough though and quick. Maybe too quick? More
