I called and set up an appointment with Chris Smith to see Les Saunders to look for a new vehicle. It was earlier than my wife and I had anticipated but Les and Chris made this trip as painless as it could be. Upon arriving at the dealership, Les greeted us with a warm smile and was very understanding of our situation. He made sure that Jen and I were comfortable and were able to pick out the vehicle that we wanted without feeling rushed. Les then worked with Chris to help finalize the deal with very few hiccups along the way. Les' Customer Service was Top Notch and never made us feel like we were just another Sale. When it was finally time to sign all the financial documents, Steve explained all the documents to us and allowed us to ask as many questions as we needed to make sure that we were getting exactly what we were told we were going to get. This dealership is probably the best that I have ever been to and when it is time to get another vehicle in the future will most definitely be receiving my business. Thought I would reach out to you about how I was treated by your dealership. I had been working with Derek McGowan on a used 2013 Ram Megacab and we had come to a deal over the phone since I live in Overland park I did not want to make several trips out to Lee's Summit if I didn't need to. Derek and I agreed on a price and made a deal. He told me he just needed me to come in either that night or the next day. I told him I would be there first thing the next morning and was. I arrived to the dealer ship at 8:15am and was greeted by a text message from Derek that said they sold my truck last night! How could they sell a truck that we had a deal on? Why was I told that we had a deal then the truck I wanted was sold to someone else? If I had know that your dealership would sell it out from under me I would have given Derek a deposit to hold it, but he told me we had a deal and to just come in and sign. So sad that a mans word isn't good anymore and this is how your dealership treats customers. Just thought you would like to know how your customers are being treated. More

Dealer Upgrades to my Ram I have great confidence in knowing that my vehicle will get proper care from John Knotts - one of the Service Technicians at LSDCJR, that is why I cho I have great confidence in knowing that my vehicle will get proper care from John Knotts - one of the Service Technicians at LSDCJR, that is why I chose to bring my Ram in for upgrades. I could have easily gone to another service provider to have these upgrades added and they would been installed at a significantly cheaper rate. Passed experiences that I have had with the John's expertise was the reason I brought it back to the Dealership to have these upgrades done there.
