Not-so-complimentary first oil change I brought in my 2014 Ram truck in with less than 3000 miles for my first oil change after I received an e-mail notice from the warranty forever group I brought in my 2014 Ram truck in with less than 3000 miles for my first oil change after I received an e-mail notice from the warranty forever group that service was almost overdue. I bought the truck back in October 15 2014. This first oil change was supposed to be complimentary. At least that is what sales agent told me when I purchased the truck with around 266 miles. Service employee , had to get sales approval for the first complimentary service. The sales agent came back and told us that they don't have free oil changes. I wasn't going to argue with her even thought she was the same person who told me the first oil change would be complimentary. I paid the $48.10 for the oil change. Service was quick but a little pricey. Next time I will likely buy the oil change package. So, if you ever buy a new vehicle there, and are offered a courtesy oil change the first time you bring it in, I would advise asking for a written voucher. Other than this issue, I have been generally happy with the dealership. More

I shouldn't be suprised, but when I come in for an oil change and am told that it is essential to my warranty to have my tires rotated, yet no mention that this is a $24 charge. It would be Extremely nice and I would advertise to the world a dealership that is upfront and COMPLETELY honest. As we found out in the shopping and buy buying process with you that your staff is not Honest, they SAy ANYTHING to get a sale, so making a Penny is More important than Customer Satisfaction. More

That referral in itself spoke volumes and he wasn't wrong. More
