I had a great experience dealing with Lee’s Summit Dodge during my hunt for the perfect truck. The sales dept worked with me for over a week to help me get exactly what I wanted. In the end, they simply didn’t have it in stock due to the high demand right now. Over the weeklong process of searching to find the right truck, I ended up not buying from them; however, they were still very respectful, kind & were happy for me to get the truck I wanted even though they didn’t make a penny off of me. I talked to the GM about some difficulties during the sales process & even though I didn’t buy from them, he still treated me as a valuable customer that WILL bring my business back there. It’s hard to find high quality auto dealers that truly value the customer & this is the only one I’ve found in the KC area that values customers even when they don’t make a penny. They have earned all my future business based on how they treated me when I was difficult & even wrong in my thinking.
