Decided to buy a new van. Sales rep, Mitch Latimer, found a van in Manhattan Kansas. After several trips to sales manager, Mike Moananu came out and told us he could not make any money on trade in for amount we were asking for our van. He was quite abrupt. We left dealership. April 21 Mitch called and asked if they gave us a better pricing would we come back. We did and signed papers. April 22 van came in. Went in to pick up van, Mitch noticed a rattle in front door. He took it to service, said it would be ready late morning. Van was not ready for pick up until late afternoon when we called inquiring about van. The whole experience felt as if we were struggling in all aspects to get this new van. It should be noted the dealing with service,Jonathan, and finance, Rob, was a delight. Both reps treated us exceptionally well as loyal customers to Chrysler. More

Jack was very friendly and personable. He explained some of the new features for the '15 model compared to my '11 and within about 10 minutes I was test driving the truck that I would eventually buy. I wasn't low balled on my trade either which I've had happen at other dealers. At the end of the day, I had a new Ram and I was happy. More
The Sales Experience was Good; After not so much I had an excellent sales experience with my Sales Associate, Derek Law. I loved my car but shortly after the purchase, I found that there was a recal I had an excellent sales experience with my Sales Associate, Derek Law. I loved my car but shortly after the purchase, I found that there was a recall on my vehicle of which the dealership was not aware. This resulted in my not having the vehicle for almost two weeks. I don't think there was enough communication during this period letting me know the status of my vehicle. I feel that the dealership should have "compensated" me in some way for making them aware of the issue (recall) and the inconvenience of not having a vehicle that you were purchasing for that amount of time. In addition, my trade-in was not paid off until almost a month later and I just received the paperwork which would allow me to pay my sales tax and get the title. If I am correct, I may have already reached the 30 day period which means I may have to pay a penalty. The paperwork probably should have been rewritten due to the aforementioned issue. More
Be cautious of agreed upon price The sales guy worked his tail off to find the exact vehicle I wanted and we agreed on a price and rebates. He offered me 7.75% interest but my bank The sales guy worked his tail off to find the exact vehicle I wanted and we agreed on a price and rebates. He offered me 7.75% interest but my bank offered me 4.25%. I was told I would lose a rebate if I didn't do dealer financing. I was fine with that. When it came time to sign agreements, they actually INCREASED the price of the car and still gave the rebates (so the dealership could keep the rebate money). They tried to pass it off as the same deal due to the bottom line being the same. But in actuality, I never should have "lost" the rebate if the salesman/dealership was going to pocket it. I felt cheated and like I had been stolen from. After a few texts that went unanswered by my salesman, I called the manager. He tried to hem and haw around it. Once I asked to just cancel the deal and go to another dealership, they finally offered to give me a check for the rebate amount that they had cheated from me. I know this kind if stuff happens in auto sales, so just be aware and look at each number very carefully, more than just the bottom line matters! More
