Always looking out!!! I bought my 2010 Jeep at Lee's Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and have been returning to their service department for my regular maintenance. They alm I bought my 2010 Jeep at Lee's Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and have been returning to their service department for my regular maintenance. They almost always remember me. And when I'm strapped, they help me decide which maintenance I need now and what can wait until next time. I usually wait at the dealership for my oil changes/maintenance to be done...because, it's almost always done in under an hour, sometimes sooner. I don't feel like I'm being priced gouged on anything. I really, genuinely like this place and the people there!!! More

They made it happen. We went there in our 2007 Suburban with an engine that was going out, and left in a 2015 Dodge Durango. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Need to wipe down the underside of vehicle after the oil change. Needs to be some additional training on cleanness of customers vehicles after service is completed. This is not the first time on this issues. The vehicle is a 2012 Ram with 24,000 miles. More

Service was slow I went to the service depart for the 'Express Lane' oil change. I was told it would take between 45 minutes to an hour. So I waited. My truck wasn't even taken back to be worked on for almost an hour and 45 minutes. So much for Express or being told an accurate wait time.Very disappointed in the experience. More
