oil change too long We brought both of our vehicles in for oil changes on Friday may 29. We had and appointment for 1:30 and arrived at 1:00. We were checked in quickly, but that is where the quickness ended. neither vehicle was even looked at until almost 2:30 and we didn't get checked out until 3:00. If you aren't going to honor appointments, why even have them. We shouldn't have to wait for two hours to have a simple oil change. More

Good but very slow I have no complaints about the work completed on my car or on the people working in the service department. Unfortunately, both of my recent visits were over two and half hours. The first visit was estimated at one and a half to two hours, it was two and a half. The second visit lasted three hours. I had no clue it was going to take that long. The people I spoke with were knowledgeable and easy to understand, not too much jargon. If I recommend this department to friends, I'll warn them to have back up escape plans or to bring their chargers. More

Above Average....but one problem My car needed a new radio and screen. Repair was done quickly...BUT...since this is a Sirius radio, it needs a Subscription. My existing Subscriptio My car needed a new radio and screen. Repair was done quickly...BUT...since this is a Sirius radio, it needs a Subscription. My existing Subscription was not transferred to the new radio. Now, after spending 30 minutes on the phone with Sirius people, I cannot get the radio to 'update'. I am missing a bunch of radio stations I should have. Sirius people have no idea what might be the problem. Very frustrating to say the least. j wood More
