However, the process took too long to complete and we were in the office from 1:30 to 5:00 and I still didn't get the payments that I wanted. I was insulted by the financial rep Steve to the point of tears! However, he did apologize! I almost cancelled my purchase but I guess I believe in second chances! Perhaps your team could work on being a little more professional at all times! Maybe you should be gifting me my car after my experience!! What is your corporate office contact information? More

I picked up and truck and a few weeks later got an offer from them to purchase it. I took it to Jonathan and the service dept and they were absolutely wonderful! They took car of it at a great price and called me every step of the way for permission to continue. Great group, great service! Highly recommend! More
The Good & Could Use Improvement I found your dealership as a part of USAA's car buying service where it is listed as a Certified Dealer for active duty & military veterans. Rick I found your dealership as a part of USAA's car buying service where it is listed as a Certified Dealer for active duty & military veterans. Rick Rippy was a pleasure to deal with. The best compliment I can think of is that I would buy another car or truck from him. I had a brief window of time to shop & pick up. We communicated by email & phone frequently between the two dates since I live so far away from the dealership. As detailed below, I think Rick went above & beyond to keep me as a satisfied customer when some parts of this transaction could have been handled much better by the support staff in my opinion. The used, 2015 Chrysler 200S is a good value. Finance & Car Pick Up: They found me a better rate that I originally anticipated. That fact in itself was a bonus. I was very unhappy with the dealer additions that I had to purchase after I had exchanged emails with the salesman about what add-ons I wanted and those I would decline. The finance man (can't recall his name) did a good job of manipulating the numbers to reduce the monthly payment slightly. I found myself falling into the "whatever, just get me out of your office" syndrome. In retrospect, I should have canceled the deal until it was how I thought it would be when my wife & I arrived on Saturday. The phrase, "Uh-oh, here it comes - lamb being led to slaughter", even went through my mind. Ultimately, we came to an agreement around $1000 more than I wanted it to be. Ultimately, the dealership won that battle I guess. I was disappointed to see that the car had only been partly detailed. I found food crumbs & wrappers in the cab & trunk. 3 of 4 tires had been dressed. I questioned whether the $399 protective treatment that I did not want, but was forced to buy had even been done. My son, a high school aged car wash attendant told me he would have been reprimanded for leaving a car in that condition. Lastly, I was told the car would have a full tank of fuel when I picked it up. It had less than one quarter of a tank. When Rick found out, he had me bring the car back, having it retreated & detailed. He also gave me a car to get around with for a few hours, so my only inconvenience was travel time. I don't think a person could have been treated any better by a salesman. Thanks! I was supposed to pick up the tile paperwork as well. After a phone call, we learned the title was flawed & had to be reissued. I was told it would be overnighted to me when it arrived. What I find completely inexcusable on the part of the "dealership" is, as of this writing, more than 30 days since the purchase, I don't have my title in hand & may face a penalty for failing to register the car within 30 days of purchase. Leaving Rick out of subsequent follow up calls on where the title was, I was told again, it would be overnighted when it arrived. On the next to last business day I finally got to speak to the lady that actually handles the title paperwork. Along with Rick, she is the only person that took an interest in my concern. If the title would have been overnighted as promised & requested, I could have registered the car by the State mandated deadline. Her office manager forbid her from overnighting the paperwork. Now, I am notified that I must drive to the post office and pick up the title because it was sent registered mail. I get the game of having to call for authorization every time I have the car serviced away from your dealership, but I view it as annoying. I live & work too far away to drive there every time I need service. Like yours, my time is very valuable. Just some feedback. In closing, I can't say enough good about my experience with Rick Rippy as he represented your dealership. I will even overlook the unnecessary money I spent on add-ons and was honestly impressed by the role the finance guy played to get me into the car. The title issue is still firing me up, even as I write about it. Since buying a car from Lee's Summit Chrysler, Dodge, & Jeep I have heard a remote broadcast on the radio spotlighting this dealerships work with and charity to "in need" military members. I believe this is very admirable. Please continue to support these service personnel. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback about my visit to your dealership. Having lived around the world (US Army for 23 years) and many places in America, this is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had in all my years. There have been others which were very good, but this one tops them all. The management and staff should be proud. The facility is always impeccable looking, the staff friendly and outgoing and the workmanship is top notch! When it comes time for another purchase and service, I will be using this dealership again. That's a bet! More
