tire repair/change Had the wife take our jeep in to look at a tire that wouldn't hold air. Ended up having a nail in the tire, so we had the spare put on to replace it. Service tech didn't bother to check air pressure, so the tire was at a different pressure than the rest of the tires and the "low air" warning light wasn't cleared either. Luckily she called me before she left the dealer, so I had her pull back into service and had them fix the issue. More

Amazing Experience We were looking to go to LSDCJ to trade in our 2008 Suburban and get a 2015 Ram. We had worked with Les before buying a previous truck so we absolutely came back to him to get this deal done too. They did everything they could to keep our business. They gave us a fair amount on our trade and helped us on the price of the Ram too! Les was amazing like always; he's like family at this point. He made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Always a good experience with Les! Will absolutely go back to see him when we upgrade our Grand Cherokee. I highly recommend this man! Stephen in finance was also very nice to work with. It was a quick & easy process and while he didn't love that we turned down some options, he was still very friendly and talked over things with us. Overall a wonderful experience at LSDCJ! More

Recall repair Brought my car in for repair of recalled item. Waited over two hours for my car to be done when I was told more than once it would only take about an hour. Work was done satisfactory and I signed the receipt and left. Appointment was for 7:30 am and didn't leave until 10:00am. More

Purchase of new truck After purchasing a truck, I crunched numbers on Saturday night. I tried contacting the dealership on Sunday, but apparently they close on Sundays. At 9:00 on Monday morning, my spouse was at the dealership to back out of the purchase since I knew we were not going to be able to afford the payments or the sales tax at the Department of Revenue. My spouse was told by the sales rep that our Escape had already been sold to the auto auction and we could not get out of the purchase of the truck. State law gives you 3 business days to get out of a contract. We were unable to get out of the contract. As far as I am concerned Lee's Summit Jeep perpetuated a fraud by not allowing us to back out of a legal contract. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM LEE'S SUMMIT JEEP AGAIN! More
