2014 t&c van Our 2014 van started running rough and was taken to another dealer for repairs under warranty. It was restored after a coil pak was replaced. The next Our 2014 van started running rough and was taken to another dealer for repairs under warranty. It was restored after a coil pak was replaced. The next day the problem returned, and we took it to LSDCJR service dept. Derrick Ross is the service advisor. A technician determined the powertrain control module was bad, The part was ordered, and replaced. This did not solve the problem. The service people dug in further, including consulting with factory engineers. and concluded the engine wiring harness was defective. Chrysler furnished a car while the part was ordered, and installed. This fixed the car, and we were able to travel on vacation. Derrick kept us updated, and was helpful. The van runs better and is getting better gas mileage as well., We have visited this service dept several times for service, and recommend them highly. We appreciate the efforts of every one involved in repairing our van. More
