Service Review This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. The sales staff have been more than helpful and friendly in addressing any issues th This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. The sales staff have been more than helpful and friendly in addressing any issues that have come up with all of my purchases. The service department however, needs some attention in my opinion. During this latest service appointment, I had a Class IV trailer hitch installed on my 2015 Jeep GC. The installation of the hitch is fine and I am satisfied with its performance. However, the service department did not put the rubber receiver cover on the hitch. I also had an oil change done to the vehicle. The oil change warning that comes up on the dash upon startup is still popping up. So I would like to know how to reset this myself so that I don't have to drive all the way back to the dealership and waste both their and my time. Respectfully, Kevin Harris More

Excellent sales and finance staff. Jack, our main sales person (and Mitchell when jack was off) were outstanding. They didn't bother us daily like some dealerships. They were easy to work with when ordering our Jeep Wrangler. The sales manager Mike was always very accommodating. We will purchase another vehicle in the future from them. We also will bring our jeep ( as well as my daughters jeep which she bought at landmark) here for service. Both Jack and Mitchell always have a smile when we arrive even though we may be there more than once in a week. Awesome buying experience! More

My experience is overall pretty good. Good customer service. The only 2 issues I have was when I had my oil changed in April, a few days later I ran out of washer fluid and I thought they had checked all my flui The only 2 issues I have was when I had my oil changed in April, a few days later I ran out of washer fluid and I thought they had checked all my fluids which is what it said on my receipt. I told the gentleman at the counter and he apologized for the inconvenience and would make sure all fluids are to be checked and topped off if needed because I was going on a trip in a few days. The other issue is I had heard about the cyber attacks that involved the Jeep Cherokee's from the UConnect link in my car. They had mentioned on TV you can download whatever it was to prevent the car from being attacked. I had tried to find where to do that but don't know how to do it. They had mentioned to call your dealership and they would be able to download it for you. I called the dealership on the morning of the 22nd and explained what I had heard and she did not know anything about it. I was on hold for about 20 minutes and she then came back and said the service area was very busy and asked if I would like to leave my name and number and they would get back to me when someone was available. I still have not heard from anyone and I am just wondering what I need to do to see if I can get this taken care of or if I should call someone else. More
