I suggested I would come back later with a coupon I had at home for a discount on service but my service advisor, Jeff Snyder took my word that I had one and discounted the charge for the amount of my coupon. I am always happy with the fast service but the set up of the front waiting room is uncomfortable so I usually sit in the back near the parts department. I have worked with Jesse Venzor many times in the past and appreciate that he always remembers and calls me by name when I come in. More

Go anywhere else! After the test drive, I was told the seats would be cleaned before we left (they were filthy with spills all over especially the back seats), and when After the test drive, I was told the seats would be cleaned before we left (they were filthy with spills all over especially the back seats), and when we went to the car after the paper work, it looked like nothing had been done. I said to the salesman "I thought these were going to be cleaned?" He said' "They didn't get them wet." So I assume he meant that they vacuumed them, which did nothing for the spills. Then I realized that there were no floor mats, so I asked where they were, he went into the building didn't find them then said' "You can get some from Wal-Mart for $20.00." I just left, this car has hooks for fitted floor mats, so I ended up using some old Oldsmobile floor mats I had, and cut holes to make them fit. That night I got onto the dealer site under contact us, since I couldn't sleep because I was so frustrated with this process. I got a call the next day saying to bring the car in and they would clean the seats. So this was an extra trip I had to unnecessarily make. Nothing was ever done about the floor mats, even though in the listing it stated there were floor mats. I am also unsure of how good their multi point inspection is before they sell their used cars. I bought this car for my daughter, and about 2 weeks after purchase I drove it in and went to use the wiper fluid and nothing came out. I assumed it was out of fluid, but it was full, the motor was not working. I took it in on a Monday, after 2 days of hearing nothing I called and asked what was going on, and was told they were having trouble locating the part. So I left the car there, since my daughter was out of college for a few weeks, then on Friday, I had not been contacted with any updates, so I called and a message was taken, and I was told I would be called back. After 3 hours I finally called them again, and after a few minutes I was told that the part had arrived minutes ago and they would get right on that. With this kind of customer service and dismissive attitude I can't recommend any go here! I will say that Steve in the Finance department was friendly and helpful. More

Our salesman was there to help us find a vehicle that was right for us and listened to what we wanted which was the most bang for our buck. Robert was efficient in closing the deal and not wasting our time. At the visit before this one the service teck said it would be covered, at this visit the service teck said it was not and there was no road hazard. I could have purchased the road hazard at Firestone before I put to many miles on the tires. Also, when I asked if the oil used was conventional or synthetic I was told I didn't purchase the synthetic oil option. It makes me wonder what else I didn't get that I thought I had. I was told I didn't need to keep track of my oil changes that the car would tell me. Another time I was told every 4.000 miles. When I had the first oil change I was told 3,000 miles and that was what was put on the window sticker for the next mileage or month. More
