Lengthy Oil Change The dealership supposedly has an express lane for oil changes. It does not matter what day or what time of day I go to get my oil changed, I have to w The dealership supposedly has an express lane for oil changes. It does not matter what day or what time of day I go to get my oil changed, I have to wait at least an hour. I had to wait over four hours one day because they were "backed up". I'm sorry, but if you have an express oil change lane, you should have people there doing just that, only oil changes. And good luck getting answers from the service staff. More

Pleasant - no pressure I came into the dealership (with friends) and the intention of looking at new trucks - not necessarily buying one. I got to talking with Lance W. and I came into the dealership (with friends) and the intention of looking at new trucks - not necessarily buying one. I got to talking with Lance W. and at his suggestion took the RAM for a test drive. He asked me what I thought and I told him lets get some paperwork going. The truck drives and handles well, and Lance answered all my questions in a professional manner. At no time did I feel as if I we're being pressured to buy this or that option, and overall had a pleasant buying experience. Dennis. More
Service Dept. Overwhelmed I took my 2015 Dart in to have some factory work done, while I was there I asked them to go ahead and change the oil if they had the time. The Service I took my 2015 Dart in to have some factory work done, while I was there I asked them to go ahead and change the oil if they had the time. The Service dept at the time of drop off was not busy and they told me that it would be no problem. I then asked them what time I could expect to be able to pick up my car. They said that it would only be a few hours. When I called later that day (5 hours later) to see if my car was ready they then told me that it would not be ready until the next day. So, the next day when I went to pick up my car the service dept was swamped with customers (some happy... one extremely unhappy and the phone ringing off the wall). I proceeded to stand at the service check out waiting to talk to the service tech in charge of my case when I happen to overhear one of the other service techs talking on the phone to an other customer, at which point he was trying to tell the (upset???) customer that there was nothing that he could do... to which I assume the customer didn't like as the next thing he did was hang up on them (I could hear the customer still asking questions as he hung up). I took this as a sign that today was not a good day in the dept. Anyway, I waited for about 10 min to finally get my keys and leave. Once in the car I noticed that the factory work was done, but the tech in the back missed a screw when assembling things back together (found it in my front seat) on top of that the oil change that I requested was not done!!! Seeing how they treat their customers and how over worked the people are I think that I will be taking my car to a different dealership to have the maintenance done from now on. More
