We went in looking for a Jeep and not only got EXACTLY what I wanted but walked out the keys to a brand new Dodge as well. Rick was extremely helpful, answered all our questions with honesty - no matter how silly, easy nor hard they were. He did a great job explaining all the new gidgets and gadgets. He was personally friendly but not overly "trying to sell" - which to us is a HUGE thing we felt pressure less and far from stressed - even with TWO new car payments. Everyone else was also extremely friendly and if Rick was busy with another customer had NO problems answering any questions we may have come up with spur of the moment. By far one of if not THE best dealership I have had the pleasure of not only visiting but purchasing a vehicle from! Couldn't be happier with out new cars!!! More

I found the used car I wanted I found a car we had an interest in on line and submitted an inquiry to the dealership. The next morning a young man (Les Saunders) from the dealershi I found a car we had an interest in on line and submitted an inquiry to the dealership. The next morning a young man (Les Saunders) from the dealership called to followup. We set a time to take a closer look and my wife (car was for her) did a test drive in the 2007 Chrysler Crossfire convertible. Although the car is 8 years old it has 17,500 miles and looked like it was still on a showroom floor. She was in love and I was obliged to buy this car. We were on again off again about trading a car in, or not, and after one deal was done without a trade, we decided to trade and the whole deal had to be done again. Les Saunders has the patience of Job, had our interests at heart and I would trust him with another deal when and if we ever need another car. I'm 73 and have 4 cars and a truck in my garage. Who knows? More

I did appreciate their candor, but felt like they were using bait and switch tactics. They offer 3000 off wranglers to get you in the door, and then low ball you on your trade to offset the discount. Eventually I got what I wanted, but I don't know if it was the reason I was told or if it was the end of the month, and they really needed to sell something. More
