More employees I've always had a good experience with the service department but it seems as the last couple of visits there are never enough people working to take I've always had a good experience with the service department but it seems as the last couple of visits there are never enough people working to take care of the customers. Now, I always go on a Saturday morning and expect a wait and I understand a lot of people like me get their oil changed on a Saturday but the amount of people working is severely lacking. They were quoting a 2 hour wait for a regular oil change and some people left. I stayed and it was just over an hour but I felt like they were not paying attention to the customers and just rushing through the paperwork. I will go back and I will recommend them to others just wish they were more inline with demand. More

Service department always short staffed. The only experience I have had is with the service department. I have brought my new Dodge Ram pickup in on 4 different occasions to have something f The only experience I have had is with the service department. I have brought my new Dodge Ram pickup in on 4 different occasions to have something fixed while under warranty. Today I brought it in yet again, but was told they were completely booked up until a week from today. Unfortunately, the truck computer thinks the key is still in the ignition when it is removed and, consequently, won't let you lock the truck. I'll be back in a week and hope nothing gets stolen in the meantime. More
Oil Change I am a little irritated at the customer service I received. First I pull up to the building to get an oil change. This was my first one at this locat I am a little irritated at the customer service I received. First I pull up to the building to get an oil change. This was my first one at this location. The sign reads pull on drive. Using common sense that means pull on the drive in front of the building so I do that and walk in. There are 8 workers and only 2 customers. We are both standing there. After about 15 minutes waiting patiently someone finally asks me if I am here for an oil change and that I should have just pulled in. The sign does not say pull into the building. It says pull on the drive. I should have been greeted immediately when I walked in. Only 2 customers and you have 8 workers on the phone. Some of those workers should not be on the phone and taking care of customers that are waiting to be helped. On top of it all when I spoke up the one guy was very rude. I'm sorry but I spent a lot of money buying a car and paying for oil changes from this dealer and I expect good customer service when I come in. Not to be left there waiting on 8 workers to help 2 people. I will admit that the guy that finally helped me (Derrick Ross) provided absolutely great service and it only took 5 minutes or less to get me setup and out of there. The review has nothing to do with Derrick because he did a great job. Dealership management needs to take a very close look at this and figure out a solution or I will take my business somewhere else. More

Wanted More I wanted my salesperson to be more knowledgeable regarding my vehicle. I asked that the vehicle be cleaned and detailed. It was not. I asked if I c I wanted my salesperson to be more knowledgeable regarding my vehicle. I asked that the vehicle be cleaned and detailed. It was not. I asked if I could have a radio with Sirius capability installed. No one could answer me. I asked for a $200. deduction in the final price. The gentleman who made the final decision regarding my request would not even visit with me. By the way, I had a new radio installed and I cleaned the van. I hope you do better with your next customer. Take care. More
