Good Dealership; with the Occasional Hic Cup First impressions are important - this was not good. I reached out to schedule my oil change and the 20,000 mile check up on my new Dodge Ram 150 First impressions are important - this was not good. I reached out to schedule my oil change and the 20,000 mile check up on my new Dodge Ram 1500. I was on the phone for 22 minutes the first time, and did not get to someone to schedule. I hung up, called again. The receptionist kindly paged, and again I waited 9 more minutes. I hung up and called back and I asked to speak to the Service Manager. She put me through to Mike. Mike explained the overload, and took my information to drop of the car. Second Impression - A concern. I drop off the car and Johnathan cannot find me in the system. I showed the e-mail I had from Mike and his text message, and Johnathan found me finally. I left the car. Two Recalls, an Oil Change, and Tire Rotation. Professional Work - it's in the details. I get my truck back on the day and time promised. I review the cost, and find that there is a discrepancy. Johnathan takes care of it. I get in the truck, drive away and find that the tire pressure - on the tires they rotated - were (40psi on the 2 front tires, 36 psi driver side rear, 33 psi passenger side rear) but I just paid to have them rotated; you would have guessed the technician would have checked the tire pressure. Heck, Jiffy Lube with their less qualified team does that for every oil change; I would expect a professional team like Dodge in Lee's Summit to do as well, if not better. Final Comment, I do believe that this was truly a tragic comedy of errors and it does not represent the total experience with Dodge. I've owned a 1998, 2000, 2004 Sebring convertible, and two 2002 Intrepids plus a 2009 Dodge Ram. I know that typically Dodge is better than this; that is why I purchased the 2015 Dodge Ram. If this was my first buying experience and service experience with Dodge; I would not be a happy customer right now. I hope the next time (in 10,000 miles) I have a far better experience. More
leaking sun roof Mike Jones and his team went above and beyond to find the water leak in our 2014 Jeep Compass. We purchased the vehicle there new and 3 months later i Mike Jones and his team went above and beyond to find the water leak in our 2014 Jeep Compass. We purchased the vehicle there new and 3 months later it developed a water leak in our map light. It took several tries and finally they found it and fixed it. For a while I didn't think they were going to be able to fix it, but Mike Jones said he wouldn't give up til it was fixed and he kept his word. I recommend this dealership. More

We sit in service waiting for help for almost 30 minutes and personnel was walking around . Atleast they can carry clip boards so they look busy!!!!!!!!!!!! As far as recommending people would depend on what they wanted done and time of day. I seen 7 personnel listed working in service, I didn't see them during my long wait. Where were they.?????????????? Also could put a coffee pot and donuts for people waiting for service. More

Fantastic customer service I am currently on my second Dodge with this dealer, they have never failed to address all of my concerns. They have exceeded my expectations in a deal I am currently on my second Dodge with this dealer, they have never failed to address all of my concerns. They have exceeded my expectations in a dealership and are always been willing to help. Even after a few negative experiences with other Dodge dealers, Lee's Summit Dodge fixed the problems caused by the other dealer and made things right. As long as they are around, I will continue to trust them with my business. More
Road hazard service Hit a big pothole in my town and country. Had purchased the road hazard coverage when we bought the van from LSDCJ. Process was smooth and efficient Hit a big pothole in my town and country. Had purchased the road hazard coverage when we bought the van from LSDCJ. Process was smooth and efficient and even though service was booked up almost the whole week, they got my van checked in the same day, ordered the tires (two were covered via road hazard and I went ahead and bought two for the driver side) and got me finished the next morning. Very pleased with the experience and service. Jonathan Schreimann was very friendly and helpful. More

Continuing to disappoint Most recent visit was for an oil change, actually went fine. Not over an hour, for a late afternoon drop-by, probably fair time. No one asked about Most recent visit was for an oil change, actually went fine. Not over an hour, for a late afternoon drop-by, probably fair time. No one asked about the torque converter from spring visit, where they said it needed replaced. Just for a 2nd opinion, took to a Certified Transmission before scheduling and low and behold, it was low on transmission fluid. Because it is the sealed system from Daimler, I had asked but been told it was fine. In fact I checked back the past oil changes and the 'multi-point' inspections indicated it was fine as well. VERY Low was what it was. Certified found source of leak and the cooler on front needed to be replaced. Total work required was less than half, and hopefully, no permanent damage from running with low fluid for so long. Still waiting on ignition switch recall to be addressed, but that's probably only been a year since I received the original notice... More
