very knowledgeable and helpful. Professional. I just bought a new Jeep from Landmark Jeep in Independence, MO. The night I bought it, they said that the next morning I could bring it, they would I just bought a new Jeep from Landmark Jeep in Independence, MO. The night I bought it, they said that the next morning I could bring it, they would detail it and take care of the recalls that were needing to be preformed. Why this wasn't already done, I don't know. I dropped it off the next morning. That afternoon went to pick it up, they did a basic wash, very little in the way of detailing. No recall work performed. We went to Service to talk with them, their guy told us he didn't have time to take care of us, that it would be into the middle of the next week before he could get us in. After arguing, we agreed on Monday. Dropped it off Monday morning. Monday p.m. we were there to pick it up after they failed to call us, we called them, to which they said "car is ready." Got there, they informed us that they tried three times to perform recalls, wouldn't take. They had to call Star or whoever it was, waiting on call which could be that day or the next. To go ahead and take the car and they would call us. And that most likely they would have to "replace the head," whatever that means. My husband said to call Jeep dealer in Lee's Summit. Told them my story, they got me in that day, three hours later they performed -- not one recall but FOUR recalls. And that yes, there was a problem with it not taking the info, so the tech pulled the panel, saw where a wire had not been plugged all the way in, which happened most likely when on the factory line. DUH! Landmark couldn't have figured this out? And by the way, Landmark said they would call me as soon as they heard back? They've never called and I bought the car two weeks ago. Lee's Summit was AWESOME! They have been fantastic. I've had it there again, just to double check something, and they were once again wonderful and very nice to deal with. More
