I was very disapointed in our 2013 purchase. We ordered a new truck to be built to our specs. Upon arrival the overall color was wrong. The truck almost immediately needed flashes to update the c We ordered a new truck to be built to our specs. Upon arrival the overall color was wrong. The truck almost immediately needed flashes to update the computer system. Some things improved others worsened. After driving the truck less than 100,000 miles, 28 flashes, and several thousand dollars in maintenance, a milestone is run into headlong. The D.E.F. system is now worn out and needs over 2,000 dollars to replace. The proverbial straw is here. The decision is made to replace this truck. An offer is made by a salesman, I counter one time and I am told that I can take it or leave it this is the only offer. Needless to say , I left it. I went elsewhere , an was met with open arms. A trade was made and the value of the old truck was more than 2500 dollars better than LEE'S SUMMIT DODGE. The service department has always been stellar. I continue to use the service dept. More

After having a super bad experience at another facility nearer to Fort Leavenworth (I'm retired Army), I went to the dealership in Lee's Summit. I am totally glad I did. The salesman was professional and helpful without all of the pressure tactics used by some facilities. I ended up buying a new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in December of 2012. I have been servicing it there ever since. The service department staff is professional, personable and truly do their best to ensure your experience is first rate and your vehicle remains in top condition with the work they do. From the sales department, the front line managers in service to the ladies and gents behind the scenes, this is the best dealership I have ever dealt with in all of my moves in 23 years in the military or working for a company who has moved us a few times, as well.
