Oil Change I bought the oil changes with my Jeep when I bought it new. Yesterday when I took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation I was charged $2.70 f I bought the oil changes with my Jeep when I bought it new. Yesterday when I took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation I was charged $2.70 for shop materials. When I bought the oil change package with my Jeep I thought that paid for everything to do with an oil change. I also paid for my tire rotation (($26.99 I believe). Apparently when the tires are rotated a rage has to be used to clean the persons hands. I guess that is extra cost to me. As soon as my oil changes are used up I won't be coming back to Lee's Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Just one of many issues with this place. I have paid to have tires rotated here only to find out it wasn't done. That happened twice. More

Good follow up Service from Les Saunders I recently bought a brand new 2015 Jeep Renegade from Lee's Summit Dodge. A few details were missed through the buying process but when I followed up I recently bought a brand new 2015 Jeep Renegade from Lee's Summit Dodge. A few details were missed through the buying process but when I followed up with Les he was very quick to set up a follow up appointment and get my concerns taken care of. Not only was he patient and great when explaining all the features and details of my new car during the buying process what really made him shine was the follow up and service he provided to me after the sale.
