Wrong diagnosis After waiting almost a week to get my car in, I went in on my scheduled day to find out they didn't even have my appointment on the books. They took m After waiting almost a week to get my car in, I went in on my scheduled day to find out they didn't even have my appointment on the books. They took my car and an hour later told me I need a new alternator and battery and it was going to be almost $1000 to fix everything. I decided for a second opinion. I paid service $98 for the "diagnostic" and took my car to someone else. I then found out it was a ground wire that went bad and just needed to be replaced and a new battery. I paid $230 - including tow - to have it fixed. I'm so disappointed that I was told I needed to pay almost $1000 for something that wasn't even wrong with my car. In fact they only had my car for less than an hour, I don't even feel like after everything I should have had to pay the $98 diagnostic fee. VERY DISAPPOINTED. More

Low tire pressure I brought my 2012 Ram 1500 in for service. I noted that morning that my low tire indicator light was on. After my service was completed and the dealer I brought my 2012 Ram 1500 in for service. I noted that morning that my low tire indicator light was on. After my service was completed and the dealership did the multi point inspection, they told me my truck was ready to go. I got in it, started it and guess what tire indicator light was still on. I recontacted mt service writer and he told me it needed to be driven to re activate the sensor. He drove it around the dealership and back in the garage. Guess what it came out not on. I'm not a master Mechanic but i know enough about cars to know that this was a cover up answer because the multi point inspection was pencil whipped. Own up to it and apologize things get busy I get that. I don't appreciate being lied to to cover up an inadequate performance of a lube express employee. More
