Dear Sir/Mam, I apologize that you were not assisted properly when you came in for your recall. In regards to the brakes, we will recommend brakes when they are low, to include rotors if they will be too thin to resurface. We do this as a courtesy to our customers so they are aware of the vehicle health. This would also apply to the coolant leak we found on your vehicle. I would be happy to look the vehicle over with you personally and inspect the brakes as well as the coolant leak to give you the peace of mind that no one is trying to take advantage of you.
