Awesome I went to get an oil change on my patriot, and purchased our house holds 2 jeep!! My new Jeep Wrangler makes all of the house hold happy!! Thank you to Jesse & Les for a great experience!! I took my Dodge Chrysler to the dealership for an oil change and decided to look at the Jeep and Dodge compact SUVs. Due to a lifestyle change (think I took my Dodge Chrysler to the dealership for an oil change and decided to look at the Jeep and Dodge compact SUVs. Due to a lifestyle change (think backcountry camping with teenage boys and a dog and long road trips), I decided a different type of vehicle would be more practical, especially after nearly getting the Charger stuck on a muddy road in Arkansas. Jesse in the service department referred me to Les Saunders. Les listened carefully to the features that I was interested in and we test drove the Jeep Cherokee Limited and Trailhawk as well as the Dodge Journey. Fell in love with the Trailhawk and Les worked hard to locate a vehicle for me with all of the features that I wanted (and none that I did not). The inventory was pretty limited due to my specific requests, but he located one for me and it was driven from a dealer in southeastern MO. I was able to pick it up the next day! The process was very easy. I visited several other dealers looking at different vehicles in this same class and was most impressed with my experience here! I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. If you hate the typical buying process, talk to Les, he is great! More

Beware! I have always trusted the service department for the last 7 years. This year is different and I feel they may have hired some crooks. I had a safety i I have always trusted the service department for the last 7 years. This year is different and I feel they may have hired some crooks. I had a safety inspection done at a reputable station and was told I would need the back brakes replaced soon. Needless to say that it passed inspection but to be prepared to replace the brakes before too long ... I had a good few hundred miles left on them. The following week I came to this dealer for an oil change and tired rotation and they tell me I need new brakes AND rotars! They cost me over $500! I had not driven more than 30 miles since the inspection but the dealer said if I did not get new rotars the repairs would be costly later. Then today while taking it in for routine oil change and to address the safety recall, while in line, they took 3 customers ahead of me who came in after me. Then later they had the nerve to tell me that I had a leak in the coolant and it had been leaking for some time. The repair would cost $400! What! The car barely has 66000 miles and I park it in the same spot every day. There has never been any spots on the pavement - Ever! I am taking my car elsewhere. Crooks! More
