Amazing I've been to dealerships where it seemed like the dealer didn't wanna waste their time with me or they didn't wanna work with me to get into a new veh I've been to dealerships where it seemed like the dealer didn't wanna waste their time with me or they didn't wanna work with me to get into a new vehicle. I've never had that issue at lees summit jeep. They have always gone the extra mile to get me in the vehicle I want. The dealer always has my best interest in mind, is patient with me, makes sure everything works out financially, and doesn't pressure me into buying something I don't want. I have purchased two vehicles through the same dealer and left very happy and confident in my purchase each time. I will definitely bring my business back to the same dealer in the future. Oil Change on 11-11-15 I went it to get an oil change a little before 11am on 11 Nov 15. I happened to have my daughter and my 9 month old grandson with me that day who is t I went it to get an oil change a little before 11am on 11 Nov 15. I happened to have my daughter and my 9 month old grandson with me that day who is teething and a little fussy. I went in and said that I was there for an oil change and any 90,000 mile service that was needed. The guy said "is that a cabin filter?'. I said "no I believe that it is the engine air filter and maybe some inspection of something?". He said that he would look it up and that I was looking at an hour and a half wait. I said "oh man, I have a fussy 9 month old with me today." He said that I could just schedule an appointment then which I declined. I let him know that we just drove over 70 miles to get it serviced. We had been sitting in the waiting room for close to an hour when a young blonde woman (I am female also but not as young as this girl getting all the attention) with two kids maybe 4yrs and 6yrs came walking in. This guy jumps up and says "hey I have something for these kids and goes into an office and comes out with balloons for both of them. I kind of looked at my daughter and smiled and said "I guess Deagan (the grandson) doesn't count, a balloon would have provided him a little entertainment also. About thirty minutes later the guy that I was dealing with comes back and starts talking with the young lady with the kids. He told her that they had her car finished, that they knew they had to bump her up since she would be trying to entertain her kids while waiting. At that point I was really irritated and so was my grandson as we walked and bounced him for going on an hour and a half now. Another hour passes, 2 1/2 hours at this point, and I go back to service department and ask if they could tell me a status on my vehicle. The guy asked who I had been dealing with and I pointed him out, he hollers down to check the status and he says "yes she is just here for an oil change and an air filter". I said "well I am here for an oil change and whatever service is needed at 90,000 miles" he said "yeah, yeah we are good". I felt a little leery of whether he had looked up the service required at 90,000 or just went with what I thought it was. The new guy I was speaking with made multiple phone calls out to check on it with no answer. So he said he would walk out and check on it. The guy I had been dealing with yells, well I can go check, but the other guy continues to walk on out. I stood there until my back couldn't take holding my grandson, 27lbs gets heavy after all most three hours of bouncing and packing. I gave up and went back and sit down. About ten minutes later the original guy I was working with comes around the corner and says "there you are, we were looking for you, 15 more minutes". I will also mention that I am a 22 1/2 year Veteran and a Veteran of the Iraq war and I had planned on taking advantage of the free lunch at one of the city businesses while we were in the city. 15 minutes later, my car was finished, over 3 hours after checking in, arms sore from bouncing my fussy grandson and at this point to late to catch any of the free lunch Veterans Day offers. So we drove the 70+ miles back home, very disappointed and frustrated. More
