Waiting for Oil Change I had a 9:30AM Saturday (11/21/15) appointment to get the oil changed in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. The service department was very busy when I arrived a I had a 9:30AM Saturday (11/21/15) appointment to get the oil changed in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. The service department was very busy when I arrived at 9:15AM. There was no one to greet me in the service drive, as there usually is, so after several minutes of waiting, I left my keys in my Jeep to go check in. When I entered the service department area to check in, there were many other customers waiting around, but there was no "line" to wait in; everyone was just standing around. So I found an open spot to stand in to wait for my turn. I noticed that the service managers were very busy with paper work. Occasionally they would ask who is next, but I wasn't too concerned, as I had a 9:30AM appointment. I assumed my name would be called, because I had a 9:30AM appointment. While waiting, I see that my Jeep has now been driven off from the service drive; I assume by a service department employee, but I was never informed of anything. At about 9:35 I told one of the service managers I had a 9:30AM appointment. It is now 9:40AM and I'm still standing around waiting. I told one of the service managers again that I have a 9:30AM appointment, and that I have been waiting for 25 minutes. It is finally my turn to check in. Once I finally got checked in, my oil change service took less than an hour, and one of the service managers came to me in the customer lounge to bring me my keys and let me know my Jeep was ready. I had pre-paid, so I didn't have to pay anything. I very much appreciated him doing bringing me my keys. I writing this because there didn't seem to be much organization in the check-in process. There was no clear "line" to wait in, and the fact that I had an appointment didn't seem to matter during the check-in process. I hoping that process can be improved. More

Jeep Renegade with Joe I walked into the dealership intending to only look. I met Joe who is an awesome guy and he talked to us about the car we wanted. He was incredibly ni I walked into the dealership intending to only look. I met Joe who is an awesome guy and he talked to us about the car we wanted. He was incredibly nice and accommodating and we decided to look into purchasing the vehicle that night instead of waiting. I got a pretty good dealer trade in value for my Kia and they worked with me on payments and I got to leave with my brand new Jeep Renegade. I couldn't be happier with the salesman, sales manager and finance guy. They made it feel friendly and not like I was just a business transaction. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, I would recommend Joe as a salesman and I would recommend Jeep Renegades but I guess I'm a little bias on the last one. Thank you Lee's Summit Jeep! More
