Suspected a faulty/defective sensor for the gas cap 'warning' light on the dash display that would no go out. Thorough diagnosis found no obvious defective parts - 'computer' was re-flashed and light went out. Completely satisfied with Service Department however Sales is sub-par. Very few vehicles on display. No descriptive sales brochures available for Dodge products. Same situation as when I purchased my 2013 Dodge Journey - in Marshfield, MO, three hours away. More

Always Excellent Service Went in for Oil Change and Tire Rotation on my 2008 Jeep Patriot. Greeted by a Friendly Smile and an Excellent attitude. People ask me why I stick with Jeep/ Chrysler , This is one of the reasons, also I still believe the products speak for themselves. I am hoping to buy a new truck in the near future and it will be a Ram, I am sure. I had a short visit with Jimmy Sheets also, he is always friendly and easy to talk to. I told him about a Orange 70 Duster I had bought brand new, and now there was a Ram Pickup on the showroom Floor that was that same orange color, might be a good Omen. lol More

Lately, I have had a hard time getting in for service because they are booked up several days. My only criticism is they need more help and service bays to handle all their business! There are other dealerships much closer to me, but these places are rude and do inferior work. I refuse to take my car to them. More

Follow through Overall this dealership is better than Gladstone. That dealership is ridiculous. I have had service issues at this dealership however. Historically Overall this dealership is better than Gladstone. That dealership is ridiculous. I have had service issues at this dealership however. Historically they don't return voice mails. I have left three in the past and not one single return call. I believe I was over billed a little. Now with regards to my last visit, I went in for my oil change and again asked them to check the brake pads as I have 85K miles. Needless to say that when I got my inspection report, they didn't even check the brakes as requested and as they said they would do. This experience was a 1 star because of this simple request. It sure would be nice if the dealership actually wanted to improve in such areas. Overall a good dealership despite some bad experiences. More
