Service follow-up was horrible I purchased a new Jeep in August and brought it in for its first oil change. I was at the dealership before 9am to leave the Jeep and was told that i I purchased a new Jeep in August and brought it in for its first oil change. I was at the dealership before 9am to leave the Jeep and was told that it would be around 1 1/2 hours but they would call me when it was done. By 2:30pm I had not received a call and I called the dealership to check on the status. I was put on hold for 20 minutes on the first call and nobody in service ever picked up. I hung up and immediately called back and asked the receptionist for help and she said she would page someone in service. After being on hold for another 10 minute and no answer I hung up again. I immediately called back and pleaded with the receptionist to check on my Jeep and she quickly looked it up and was able to tell me it was done. When I went to pick up the Jeep and was in the Service department paying my bill I heard 3 different pages over the intercom for service that no one ever picked up. One of the service techs was surfing on his phone during the five minutes I was in there and never moved to help anyone. Not real thrilled with my first experience with this service department. More

Willingness Very friendly and perhaps somewhat reluctantly to work with us on what we were willing to commit to this purpose. Came in for service on two vehicles, Very friendly and perhaps somewhat reluctantly to work with us on what we were willing to commit to this purpose. Came in for service on two vehicles, and left with a new Jeep Cherokee. Both just retired and still working out finances and insurance (what a long and painful process) so were not looking at this time. We had contemplated downsizing to one vehicle and my wife had done considerable research on line. But we saw no way to make a move at this time. We were prepared to wait one year. When Jack began working with us, we told him he would have to blow us away with an offer and that we had a specific number in mind that we would not go beyond. Period! He got to that number and we could not be happier with our decision. Well, we will see about finances after we get through December and mostly through January, but I really think we will be alright. Wish that I could figure out dental and vision on myself, but we'll get there. GOD bless you and yours and have a wonderful holiday season! We will! More
